The customer service is absolutely the worst. I even tried to kill them with kindness and didn’t even get a smirk. I won’t be going to this store again. Would love to know who the owner is to co tact directly. First review I’ve ever left!!!
Sadly my food tasted good. The biggest thing was the restaurant is disgusting! A kid was behind he counter. The cooler by the cash register has stacks of lunch meats, looks dirty and has a cloudy glass door there is no way that’s food safe. The dining area is always dirty and the cabinets are falling apart. Would not recommend.
The people working in here are unbelievably rude!! The lack of customer service is appalling. Whoever the owner is needs to revamp their staff asap before you don’t have any customers at all.
This is one of the filthiest placings I have ever seen in my life, to be making food for people to eat. I would not allow my dog to eat from here?. They need to shut this store down and clean it!
We went to this location while on vacation visiting Savannah. (5 in our party) Arrived around 8:20 on Thursday evening and as I was walking up the steps to the restaurant I was told by an employee who was in the parking lot talking with what appeared to be friends that due to staffing shortages they were not taking dine in orders. I told him I just wanted to get my order to go and he said I had to place it online and that I couldn’t do it at the store. I returned to my car and went to the website where it said to place an order online I had to use either post mates or call the store. I tried to call the store and received no answer (as I was still in the lot and could still see this same employee having a conversation with his friends). My first and last visit to this restaurant.
Called to tell them they missed a sandwich for DoorDash. He said, “It’s on the toaster-come get it.” That’s it? Wow! Not a sorry, or how can we make this right? If I wanted to go there, I wouldn’t have a DoorDash subscription. Verified sale-6/15/[email protected]:50pm
Super rude manager. Ordered medium combo and was handed small drink cup. Older bald guy tried to tell me it was my fault for not specifying my drink size. In what world does a medium combo come with a small drink? I would fire him if I owned the place.
The food is good but, customer service sucks, and they take their time. They are in no rush to serve you. And seem to wear whatever they please. Slides, t shirt, and basketball shorts are not very professional.
This place is filthy, the service was god awful, meaning we were the only ones that ordered and it still took them like 20 minutes, We asked for extra cheese and only cheese and meat on one sandwich, I didn’t get extra cheese and they put lettuce and tomatoes on it, and it’s cold, and the other sandwich was sogged. To top it all off all the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were posted that they didn’t work but I watched an employee use them, and the drink fountains looks like someone threw a drink all over it and no one cared to clean it up. The cahsier was also very rude! Will not be going back there anytime soon, and you probably shouldn’t either !
They’re giving wait times for subs. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting- no toilet paper, no paper towels, broken soap dispensers.
