We were only 2 people there. The cashier seemed very annoyed by our presence. Made our order and put it on the top, didn't even care to call our order.The place was dirty. Food on the floor and tables were dirty as well. Had like 4-5 options of sauce.Very disappointing.
Previously went to get food. I’m assuming they were late opening the store. We stood there to ask what time would they be opening but was ignored by employees after seeing us standing outside (again after opening time) very unprofessional
Normally,I'd give it 5 stars but this sub looked like a subway sub as in the meatballs use to be huge now they have 3 small ones to a half ,Come On Man and it disappointed me. I will have to call the home office as well.
Disgusting! After we ate, I used the men's room and both soap dispensers were empty. Then my daughter used the women's room ... same thing! When I told your guy at the counter that there was no soap, he said, "Yeah, we don't have any" and just stared at me. Dude. You just made our dinner AND YOU HAVE NO SOAP?!?!?! YOU'RE NASTY!!!!!
I requested no Mayo on sandwich which was entered incorrectly. I told cashier it was wrong. She told sandwich maker. Drove all the way home to close to Burnside Island and gagged because first bite had Mayo. What if I had had an egg allergy but just an extreme aversion to Mayo. I drove all the way back to Abercorn location for refund. No apology from shift leader. I asked for manager but No manager on duty. They refunded me cost of sandwich but I requested a gift card in addition to the refund for my trouble, time and gas money I had spent for the refund. They called owner named Chad Weaver and he refused to compensate me for gas cost/my time I spent on dealing with this. Big mistake. A gift card would have been fine but just lost a customer and I will be back to talk to him in person. Horrible customer service! Needs a manager on duty at all times instead of an apathetic shift leader who seemed to not care one bit about my bad experience.
I walked in yesterday a hour before closing and the young woman told me she’s not making anymore orders. However there were still 2 other workers just standing there on their cell phones. Please address them so you guys won’t continue to lose sales. Imagine how many others have been turned away because of this.
I would not recommend this store. Everytime my co workers an I order from here, our orders get more an more wrong. To the point that today everything we ordered was wrong. The drink machine is rarely refilled. Seems they've given up on making tea. If your going pay for an overpriced sub. Go somewhere that'll at least make it right.
I have a 2 stars because the food was good but the bathroom was horrible, the cook wasn't wearing a mask or hair net, the cashier almost touched my food without gloves and nobody answered the phone after i called 5 times because my daughter left her keys. luckily they were still there
My son got sick when I walked in the store it was not smelling fresh two people was behind the counter one young lady had on a bonnet on her head I was concerned but I pre-ordered so I brought it anyway after he ate it several hours later he was sick in his stomach. If you're short of staff close early so you can keep the place clean so they can keep from people getting sick... The soda area floors were so sticky and nasty on top of the counter.
Abercorn used to be a good location. Sub was garbage. Overcooked meat was like rubber. They had no condiments and would not replenish them upon request. Horrible visit and management
