Little off the beaten path and in a strip shop but very authentic and good. We tried a variety of items including Mongolian Lamb, Crispy Beef W/Vegs, Crispy Spicy Chicken, and Broccoli Chicken. The Crispy Beef is did not like at all. They don’t tell you that it’s loaded with curry and I’m not a huge fan. The Spicy Chicken would be better if it was in a sauce but otherwise we enjoyed everything and would come again. They do also have dishes with pork intestines and beef tendons. Service was good. They don’t have alcohol right now but do have an application in.

Feels very authentic and uses ingredients not normally tailored to American palettes such as intestines and frog legs. However, the food really was very oily, overloaded with inedible red peppers, and sort of mediocre, and the service was poor. Should have been tipped off by the fact that it was in a strip mall.Probably good enough if you're steeped in the culture and cuisine and looking for a taste of home (albeit in a very vague way like a Google translated menu), but I'd give it a pass as there's much better restaurants in the area.

I didn’t take pictures because I was too excited about the food - and that excitement was warranted! This is the best Chinese food in Savannah and the best I’ve had outside of NYC or Beijing. It’s legit, and crazy delicious. Go! Order the soup dumplings and cold spicy pork belly! Your tummy will be happy!

GO HERE. But only if you want good traditional Chinese food. They cook with real ingredients. The lady in the corner rolls every dumpling by hand. No really. Even the soup dumplings. Last thing. If theySay spicy they mean Chinese spicy so order with care. So freaking good

Food is delicious and fast! Service is great! Soup dumplings are so yummy!

We had a fantastic meal at E-Tang. The soup dumplings were out of this world. The best I have ever had outside of China. Light dumplings full of flavor. Yummy.I highly recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed. On weekends I advise you to make a reservation.

Dumplings were great and the General Tso's chicken was excellent. I don't love the lack of service ( ordering on your phone from your table so little to no interaction with staff) couldn't ask any questions.

Great tasting food. Prices are a little high but worth the authentic flavor. I would recommend and revisit.

Our first experience at E-TANG was probably not the typical one as it was Christmas evening and the line to get in was constant. Despite that ominous crowd, the staff worked steadily, and efficiently and the host weaved the reservation holders and those without into tables as quickly as possible. The four of us had no reservation but were seated in less than an hour; which we were happy about given the daunting horde of hungry holiday hopefuls around us. At our table we found a label with a link to order from our phone. So, we quickly placed an order for four dinners and three soup dumplings. The plates came out one at a time which we were happy to share family style. Before each plate was finished another would appear just in time (an amazing feat considering the little restaurant was over full and doing to go orders as well). EACH PLATE WAS DElICIOUS! By the time the last chicken soup dumplings arrived, we were stuffing ourselves to finish. All that food, for four, on Christmas, was a hundred bucks. We tipped big and left very happy. Thank you E-TANG staff!

Yummy and fresh Chinese food. Thanks for your service.Recommend to anyone who wants to come over.
