Been going here for years. Unfortunately I won’t be going back. I just don’t understand how I order three items and two of the three are not what I ordered. I even caught the coffee was wrong when they handed it to me. Then they made me pull up and brung out another wrong coffee. Does anyone try to do a good job anymore?
The staff here are very nice and polite and I always get my coffee just the way I like it and sometimes some fresh donuts delicious
The employees are always very nice but it always takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your order, and 9 times out of 10 they are out of a lot of products. I have currently been sitting in the drive through for more than 15 minutes waiting on a replacement for something that I ordered online a half an hour ago. It is not worth it to come here.
This location is absolutely horrible, and has gotten severely worse over the last few months. They are always out of something, always closing the lobby, and the snackin bacon is SALTY, which is a contradiction in itself if you're familiar with this specific menu item. I'd give this location 0 stars if I could, what an embarrassment and a joke.
The girl who made my coffee has to keep pulling up her pants, she should probably wear a belt. All the registers are apparently closed so we were forced to mobile order. Another customer walks in and he doesn’t have to mobile order they just used the register…. Im not quite sure whats in the water here but just what in the actual heck.Update I took the food out of the bag and they packed the food with paper they stepped on
Went this morning, ordered medium iced coffee and an old fashioned donut. Got to the first window, paid, then a guy came with a chocolate croissant. Nope, not me. Then a woman came with a hot medium coffee. Nope, not me. I repeated what I ordered and showed her my receipt. Finally got my order, no thank you, not even a smile. Never coming tol this location again. Not a friendly place. This place should be closed down.
I have been coming to this location since it opened a few years ago as I used to be an avid Dunkin fan and this locations close proximity to my job.Yesterday was the last time I come here. What a horrendous experience. I patiently waited 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me at 5:30am just to get to the callbox. I am greeted by one of the most abrasive fast food workers I have encountered. She was so unprofessional, talking into the callbox helping the customer at the window while I sit there and listen to the entire transaction. Finally, its my turn to order and she isnt even listening to my order. I had to repeat the same thing, verbatim, 4 times until she could comprehend my drink order. I go to order food, and tells me "its gonna be a long time". I tell her just the drink then as I am getting close to running late for my job. I proceed to the window and this woman is just as abrasive and rude as she sounded at the callbox. She is unprepared and all over the place. She scans my dunkin app then tells me to pull out of the window and to wait in front of the building because "my boss will be mad that the ticker is high". I get frustrated but begrudgingly pull around and wait in front of the building. A different girl comes outside after another 3 minutes or so of waiting but to bring a different car their drinks. I tell her as shes walking back inside I am still waiting on my drink. I tell her, she goes inside and proceeds to make the wrong drink. I have now been at this establishment for 21 minutes(confirmed on my dashcam) so waiting for a drink to be remade is not an option.This is just my most recent experience and also my worst one. This place has been getting worse and worse over the last few months. Management needs to get things together as they are rapidly losing paying customers.
There is one particular woman at this location who is truly exceptional!! She is a small frame black woman who, if she isn't the manager, needs to be!!! Love her level of savvy in accommodating everyone's needs, regardless of how busy the store is!!!! (Port Wentworth location on Augusta Rd.)
Literally the worst! Would leave 0 stars! My son loved to come here before school but it’s hit or miss if we can make it. They will close the lobby as they feel like and force you into the drive thru where they create a huge line bc they are so slow. They are also very rude. I’ve given more than one chance bc I know how it can be but this place is ridiculous if you go to get ONE doughnut with your 5 year old and are flipped off at the door.
