This Dunkin donuts has gone WAY DOWNHILL. I been going here for the last 8 years and the last 2.5 has gone down, down, down. The flavor isn't as good as I remember things being. And they don't have things on their menu that other d&ds have.
Drive thru takes to long to dispatch orders......if you stop by early morning, make sure that you'll have 10 to 15 minutes additional to grab your morning coffee and snack........oh...and sometimes is not what you requested.Need lots of improvement dispatching orders.
Pretty nasty DD. They serve you literal ice cold hash browns that are still frozen. No straw for drinks. Super long wait times.
Ordered coffee with cream and sugar. Got a little coffee, a ton of cream, and some sugar. Had requested they go light on the cream. Asked they redo it with less cream so they poured some out and added more coffee. Still white as milk. Ordered a black ice coffee and it took 20 minutes because the clerk “forgot” to make it. She didn’t remember until I parked myself at her counter. Then without saying anything she made it and plopped it on the counter. No eye contact, no apology, no acknowledgement that she was at fault. Dunkin used to be the place. Now I’m sure I won’t be back. They’ve gone way downhill these days.
Worst drive thru experience ever. They will ask you to pay and wait for your order. It took them 20 minutes to realize that they gave my order to the customer in front of me, after i walked in and asked about it
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The service was unacceptably slow. We were the first people in line with several workers there and still waited several minutes before we were served. No greeting or pleasantries, just minimum acknowledgement. We didn't even receive the donuts we came or asked for but left anyway. Won't be back.
Honestly not the best Dunkin'.. coffee is usually bitter and they just seem like they can't make a basic cream & sugar hot coffee order ... might as well just go to Starbucks! Staff is very friendly but man, always a long wait!
poor quality food. Donuts were stale and probably were left from the day before. Slow business and tazte like it kept donuts for a few days to sell out before baking fresh ones. Not fresh at all.
Fantastic service, my order was right out, didn't have a complaint. Clean area,friendly staff, stop here to grab your coffee on the go. order it however you like it ☺
I usually like coming here but will stop due to the shady practices of management or whomever. The menu outside is never the same price as what they charge you. Sometimes they don't tell you the total until you reach the window. Please fix the menu outside or honor the prices you have on the outside menu OR at least fix the screen so we know how much we are being charged.
