Working EMS so my vehicle doesn’t exactly fit through the drive through. Walked in the store that was unlocked with NO signage other than stating mobile orders inside. We were told the lobby was closed. Explained that we wouldn’t fit and one clerk graciously agreed to wait on us. While waiting another customer walked in and she too pointed out no signage stating the lobby was closed. Thus began the loud arguments between several of the employees began, one more irate than others. It was not a pleasant experience and the food was reflective of the ill will. Big thanks to the one employee who tried to be kind to a pair of exhausted medics and to the other customer who walked in because the drive thru line was backed up down Derenne. You only got the 2 stars because that one employee chose to be kind. I’d give her 5 stars the rest zero.

This dunkin donut ruined my morning. The drive thru lady was super rude and she got all our orders wrong. I wanted caramel macchiato and she gave me a plain iced coffee. Our mini bagel bites were frozen on the inside. I also ordered one bagel sandwich and one croissant sandwich but we got 2 burned bagel sandwiches. The bagel was hard as a rock. We even repeated our orders twice and somehow they still messed it up horribly. Very very disappointing.

Today is the second day where the lobby is closed and the drive thru gives us no response. The place is clearly open with employees inside but it’s almost like they choose not to serve customers. After waiting in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes, with nobody ahead of us, (keep in mind this same thing happened a few days ago) we go up to the window and theres two employees inside probably just hanging out for the fact that its a typical Monday at 2pm. What else could they have possibly been doing? We order two lattes and they proceed to be the milkiest, thickest abomination of syrup and cream with a drop of coffee. A clear example of Savannah’s streak of awful fast food service. Don’t go to this Dunks. They don’t care about your satisfaction. — the image is supposed to be a COFFEE latte but its literally just milk.

This is the second time I have been here and it was equally as disappointing and discusting as the first. I'm from out of town and basically order from my local Dunkin daily. This Dunkin is awful. They gave us HOT coffee poured over ice and tried to serve it as an iced coffee. Obviously there were only 3 pieces of ice left because the hot coffee melted all of it. My latte tasted like water with a flavor shot. My sisters macchiato was straight milk and syrup!! Hardly any espresso in A MACCHIATO. They didn't apologize or offer to make anything right.. Not one single drink was correct and the service was TERRRIBLE. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This Dunkin is by far the worst I have been to. The tea tasted like water and when I confronted the employees about it, they seemed so furious that they had to do their job. The munchkins tasted disgusting. They were beyond slow to make me everything and looked angry the entire time. Will not be going back. The only reason they got 2 stars were because I ended up getting a refund from them, even though they were definitely not happy about it.

Just saying. The staffs kinda racist. They had 13 white folk sitting in the lobby enjoying their purchases. And even let them use the side door so they could avoid us. And when I went through the side door they kicked me out saying the lobby was closed.f*%& this place.

Shout out to the girls running drive thru. Pleasant, courteous, smiling, interactive. Even gave me an iced mocha drink they accidentally made, to go with my iced caramel machiato. Krista Jasmine, Monie rocking it out. Great job and thank you!!

With delivery charges and the fuel surcharge they put on but on a delivery these days my total for 12 donuts came to $44 and some change. When I called the store some young girl answered the phone when I asked for the manager she said there was no manager no manager. I then proceeded to tell her my issue which was that I received the wrong Box of donuts and instead of trying to help me figure out what happened she right away got defensive and said that's impossible I myself hand picked that Box and then when I said to her are you calling me a liar she hung up the phone. I called back And somebody else answered the phone this person also would not give me the manager's name. I asked for a refund from Uber eats and explain to them the issue and I also took a picture of the Box of donuts to show to them that that is not what I ordered.. Uber eats was very understanding and issued me a refund right away Although the refund should have been offered directly from Dunkin' donuts when I called instead they hung up on me. Now mind you Uber eats has nothing to do with Dunkin' donuts so this review is not about Uber eats it's about how rudely I was dismissed at Dunkin' donuts.

this location had our favorite strawberry frosted donuts FRESHLY MADE and serviced with a smile! thank you so much y’all!

some young girl thats always closing always has a nasty attitude. she is rude and nasty on purpose, i only see about 2 closing each day and she is the problem, the guy is alright, only this Dunkin, all the others are great!
