On Sunday, June 5, 2022 at 7:24 after checking the store hours and menu, ordered online for pickup. (Order#******************** 12 piece Ribs - $35.51) I arrived to find the store closed despite the hours posted online. I called the number provided on the website. An answering service instructed me to phone during office hours on Monday. On Monday, June 6th I spoke with Heather who reported that she would consult her manager, *** ******, for resolution. I called again Thursday, Heather assured me it would be handled as she would speak with the manager who would be in the office later in the day. She promised to call me back with resolution. I never received a return call. On Wednesday, 6/15/2022 I called Heather again. She then instructed me to call corporate but could not provide the number. I called the corporate number I found online. After a significant hold time for customer service, a very static laced recording eventually instructed me to leave my name and number for a return call. It is July 13th and I am still waiting for corporate to return my call. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I will continue to pursue my refund.
Their food isn't cooked there. It's kept warm in their oven. No smoke flavor or smell. I had the brisket, no smoke ring at all, and my husband had the turkey. Mac and cheese tasted like it came from the frozen food section at the grocery store. The chicken nuggets kids meal was a joke. Dinosaurs really. This is the worst place to eat bbq.
Very mediocre for the price. I got a 2 meat plate and it was 16.00, which I Don't mind paying that but you would think for that it would be more appealing. I couldn't even bite into the jalepeno kielbasa because the skin was too hard. Overcooked? Undercooked? No idea but was inedible. Brisket was weird too. Creamed spinach was great. Ice cream machine was broken and I understand that's not their fault, but just not a good experience.
First time here!The atmosphere is amazing , clean and fun.The employees are amazing especially Jamie !Just off that I would come back.And the most important is the food is 5star. I would definitely go back to get food from here again.The Mac stack is great
Placed an order online, it said it was submitted successfully and even took me to an obviously fake "tracker" that showed the steps of them making my order. Showed up to pick my order up at the time it said to as it was "being packed up" according to the tracker. Not a single light on and a big cardboard sign in window saying the store is closed for a catering event. Will do what my gut said in the first place and stick to local BBQ
Got the loaded brisket potato. The potato was barely warm & the meat was very fatty & not very warm as well.

Good lunch experience :) needed some sauce on the BBQ though. Fries had a nice seasoning on it!
I'm visiting from out of town so this was my first visit. I'm also a manager in the food business. The food at Dickey's is delicious but the cleanliness of the restaurant gets a thumbs down ? We chose to eat inside. All the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty as well as the condiment and drinks area. It was so dirty I got BBQ sauce on my shirt from leaning over the counter. The place was not busy, so there was no reason why a team member can't keep it clean. The girl that was doing the cleaning was cleaning with no urgency. I called Vicki the manager, who's customer service skills is not to be desired? She showed no interest in what I was saying as a manager or a customer.
The food was delicious, service was good, but they need to Replace/ Repair their cash register. They ran my debit card twice today and he said, your card failed. So, I had to go next door, pay an additional $3.00 ATM service fee to withdraw cash and return to pay for my meal @ Dickey's. I have funds in my account. This is absurd! I was told by the female employee that it's happened to other customers also. Thanks for telling me the truth. ALWAYS, BRING EMERG. CASH, especially to Dickeys on Abercorn!!Frustrated but Full
