Stopped in at 8:15 on 7/17…. Holy cow, that was service!! So nice, polite, inviting. Glad we made the trip from the island. The sea salt toffee blizzard…. So good!
I ordered milkshakes without whipped cream and received milkshakes WITH whipped cream. When I nicely reminded the woman what I ordered, there was no apology or acknowledgement of any kind. She seemed annoyed and snatched the shakes back from me and never said another word when she handed me the shakes she scraped the cream off of. Definitely not Chick-fil-A level of service.
Waited in line for 20 minutes and when we finally got to speaker to place a order at the drive through , the lady had a horrible attitude and then said we're not serving any icecream. Give anything to the world to have recorded this and posted it on YouTube.
I love Dairy Queen but this location's was horrible. The lady taking orders at the drive through was very rude. "We don't do Slush" but it is on the menu board. I traveled from Florida and stopped at 4 on the way this one really sucked
The lady that was taking orders in the drive thru did not pay attention to us and was talking to co workers while her mic was still on, so we could hear the conversation and in doing so she didn’t put half of our order in so we didn’t get our food. When we came to the window and said the food we were missing they gave back the card and said the lady must of not heard you and didn’t put it in and then closed the window and didn’t open it till we left.kinda lack of care from the employee
Ordered a cake for Fathers Day and got an email confirmation stating the price. When I walked into the store it took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. When they rang the cake up it was more than what my email confirmation stated. When I showed them the email confirmation they said there was nothing they could do about the price difference. This location needs some customer service training as the employee was very rude and unwilling to cooperate.
Decided to stop while away from home for a late night treat. Google showed lobby closed but drive thru open. We watched someone walk in but when we tried, it was locked. We proceeded to go through the drive thru to order to take back to our hotel. Everything we attempted to order we were told "we aren't making that". After being turned down on 2 separate items, we had to put 2 and 2 together to figure out the common denominator was oreos. So we asked if they were out of oreos. It would have been easier for her to tell us that to begin with! We finally asked for the item ordered to be fixed minus the oreos. My husband ordered a peanut buster parfait (which has no oreos) and we were told they weren't making it. No explanation. We settled for the 2 items for our kids. We pull around and they had not even put the order in for the second item. We added it and she took our money but then proceeded to say "we don't got no oreos". We told her we knew this and wanted it without. Once paying with cash, she hands us our receipt and says "we don't have no change". Very rude...no apologies...very frustrating!
As much as I love Dairy Queen, this location always disappoints. The service is usually subpar and lately the drive thru is the only thing available. I decided to give it one last try today because I really wanted the cotton candy blizzard. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed again, and the drive thru was so slow that the traffic was almost to the street. Ppl kept walking to the doors, only to find out it’s locked. The sign outside literally said “Lobby Open.” Is this place just running itself? Where’s the management? Covid is no longer an excuse, because most places have open lobbies. A simple sign would be nice so that ppl don’t waste their time getting out of their cars. Oh & if you’re lucky enough to make it to the window, make sure you CHECK YOUR FOOD because if you have an issue who knows how long you’ll sit in line to have it fixed. I can only imagine how much money this place is missing out on due to inefficiency and poor management.
Waited at the drive through for at least 10 minutes to order our food. When there were 4 cars behind me I drove up to the window and asked the girl at the drive through window if their speaker was broken. She said “it must have started working after you drive off because it’s working now.” I asked if I could place my order at the window. She said per management she can not take any orders at the window and I’d have to go back through the drive through.Needless to say, we drove off.
Although the line in the drive thru was very long, we were on our way rather quickly. Food was delicious!
