We live in Savannah and have been wanting to try Cup to Cup for a while now…. We went in the morning at about 8 am and there was one employee there who was clearly overwhelmed by the 4 customers there. We were informed when we entered that there is no seating area, and there is a 2 person capacity (due to COVID, still…). Although the shop is somewhat small, we almost left because there was one couple in the store ordering, and we weren’t allowed to enter until they’d gotten their drinks. There were at least 3 other customers like us who left because they were turned away from entering the store. They advertise a great price for a large coffee, but we found out that the largest size they have is a 12 oz (which isn’t a value price). Being asked to leave the store when only 2 people were in before us certainly put a damper on our visit. We support their overall mission and the coffee was good, however these restrictions (which all other coffee shops we’ve been to have lifted months ago) is affecting their business and the customers feeling of being welcome. There are many more welcoming coffee shops in Savannah.

A very good cup of coffee in a lovely place to walk for it.

Awful coffee if you want plain black coffee First few sips seemed promising but quickly turned bitter even though still too hot to take more than a small swallow So sour by the time I was 1/2 way through I threw it out - tasted like a very strong lemon tea without the honey - was still quite hot If you want to pour it full of cream sugar or syrup perhaps you'll still taste some coffee I guess but for plain black don't bother

I'm honestly not sure what the other reviews are racing about. We went here during a visit to Savannah based on the reviews.People mention atmosphere and quality. There isn't an atmosphere really with mentioning. It's small, cramped and there is no seating. I expected a cafe' with pastries and it was not that at all.Don't get me wrong. This place is fine to get a decent cup of coffee but I'm not really sure what the hullabaloo is about.

Was staying nearby and came here one morning to grab a quick soy latte and pastry for breakfast. Was told they don't have soymilk and don't get pastries delivered until 10 am(!) Got regular coffee, which was not good IMO. Barista was nice, though.

No seating, no restroom.Edit: for the owner's response, Google shows you offer dine-in and after paying for parking, finding no dine in or restrooms is really frustrating from a customer's perspective. Best of luck to you, too.

Super cute small business the way I like them way better than your Starbucks etc.. Worth the walk to find - gal behind the counter extremely nice with great customer service- coffee was awesome

Small shop and no indoor seat. We had take out coffee but it was already cold. But yea was super hot. The scones were not sweet at all . And I liked it. My family didn’t like it they said no taste but I don’t like too sweet so it worked for me.

Huge thank you to the lady who works there. Great not-over-the-top-sweet coffee, great experience. Perfect safety measures.
