The customer service is nonexistent! The lady at the register barely spoke - she was talking so low, she didn't even smile or anything. The guy who made the pizza didn't smile or greet us or anything. The crust was extra crunchy, parts of it was burnt. I had pizza here about 4-5 years ago, and sadly - the quality, taste, and service has plummeted. I'm not sure if it's owned by new owners or not, but they need to consider changing their staff. They are bland, unfriendly, and they clearly look like they hate their job.
Pizza is good. Added CLEAR picture of menu to help order ahead. Usually order ahead of time and pick up. Pizza always on time and nice and crunch. Recommend meat lovers, cheese stix, and the cheese cake.
One year ago, the 18'' pizza was $10. 4 months ago, it went up to $14. Okay, understandable, but only a few months later the price is now $19 for an 18'' pizza. Way too overpriced for the quality pizza. The pizza is never consistent. It's either going to have little to no sauce, too much cheese, overcooked, or somewhat decent. I think this will have to be the last time I'll be returning.
Brings me back to Jersey! LOVE ❤️ the pizza. Great flavor! I always come back when I'm in the area.
I'm here now. I ordered 2 lunch specials one of the pizza was cold. I politely asked the guy to warm it , he insisted that I gave him the pizza back to be warm after me bitting off it.. I explained to him that's cross contimatination ?????
Pizza was delicious. Loved that fresh mushrooms were used. They were very generous with their toppings which is unusual nowadays. One drawback however was that we ordered a dinner salad and got a spinach salad.
The guy Cooking on Superbowl Sunday, needs to be fired immediately.Called in, was placed on hold. waited 10 mins. Called from another phone while still on hold, and they pick up and take my order. I ordered straight from the Menu.. 1 Mushroom and Spinach. 1 Pepperoni and butter garlic Wings Told it would be 40 min wait. Go pick up my Pizzas... of course order messed up - they gave me Mushroom and Sausage. Pizza little overcooked, but i was ok with that. but the Wings ? Burnt beyond Recognition. I wanted to love this place as it is one of the few places that use a Pizza Oven and not a Pizza Conveyor belt.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a New Pizza guy, one that cares about the pies he is putting in the oven. And one that knows how to take a pizza order.
The pizza used to be good a few months ago. In fact is was one of my top 3 places I have ever been to, but unfortunately due to who ever was hired between the 3 people that currently work there. The entire quality of the pizza has completely gone down the toilet. Half the time there’s barely any sauce. Or half of the states cheese worth put on.Honestly, it’s hit or miss with this place now. The other food on the menu is pretty good.
The pizza has pretty much always been hit and miss for the 3 1/2 years I have been ordering from here, more hits than misses. Really.....like one or two misses. So over the years that's not that bad at all. Can't always get a perfect pizza. Tonight was a perfect pizza.
They do not give credit card tips to employees. BRING CASH. The pizza is some of the best in town only if you go during the day. At Night it shifts to the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The employees are rude at night and don't seem to care whatsoever about their job.
