I got off work late. Really wanted to enjoy a burger. Instead, I got in the slow lane in drive through because an employee is training. Cool, whatever, sometimes you gotta live with it, but I did not appreciate a manager withholding food I already payed for, threatening to call the cops if I did not "correct" my attitude. What did I do wrong? Taking a picture of the cashier in charge of handing out food using her phone in disposable gloves in-between handing out food. My p.o.v was she is contaminating all of the bags with that practice. My wife works in the field and sees a lot of malpractice in kitchens. This is unhealthy safety and over aggressive management. A bunch of bull for a small buck but alot of time. Don't waste your money.
Drive thru only because the inside had no tables or chairs, just an open floor. No signs indicating a remodel or COVID related. Then when we received our take out order it was correct but my hamburger was actually cut in half and put on a full size bun. The chicken wrap was also half the size, about 2 bites. Not happy and will not return. Many other fast food restaurants in the area that serve their products as displayed.
Fantastic! Super great svc & wonderful food! Exactly as I ordered! More importantly, the staff is absolutely stupendous! Exceptional! Especially the girl the took my order they the drive through. She was patient and remained calm and exceptionally polite when I had to ask her to repeat things! I wasn’t used to being asked what “l” wanted on my burger! That was awesome! Thank you All!
Worst Cookout in America. No soap in the men’s, women’s and at the sink on the wall at their entry at the cashier’’ area. Long wait. I should have taken I picture of my husband’s to go plate(3 tiny cheese bites). I’ll attach my 4 little onion rings plate. I will say that I enjoyed having slaw on my BBQ sandwich but other people may not appreciate having it already on their sandwich.
Moved here from Pittsburgh, so my visit(s) to Cookout were a new experience. I have definitely become a Cookout fan! Love those Cajun fries!
Regional manager should take a really good look at staff, truly a poor reflection of your ability to lead and provide efficient service.....How many orders must you replace before you make some changes...Not to mention the attitude that comes with addressing an issue with the food from management....That type of leadership has a tendency to go beyond the drive thru....not taking care of your customers and providing a good service mostly likely is prone to other issues such as unsanitary conditions.....I'd bet my last dollar on it any day of the week!!!!
Cookout has really good food for great prices but this particular location in Savannah GA has some of the absolute rudest staff I have ever delt with in my life. I've only been here once or twice and didn't know they didn't have Apple or Samsung pay; why does this girl literally give me attitude and snatch the bag back inside and slam the window just because I didn't know. I won't be coming back here which sucks because it's good food. Hire better staff.
5/6/22 - Lunch around 1:30. Awesome. Drive thru was a breeze considering 2 lanes were full. Fast and got my order right! Window worker was friendly and experienced. Please pass this to the staff as well as many restraints these days are lacking in basic customer service.
Our order was not correct, they gave our food to the wrong people. They took a very long time to correct the problem. Then we asked for another drink for having to wait for so long and for all the problem. The girl got an attitude saying we already had our drinks. Another girl was eating at the window...that is not very sanitizing and professional. After we received our meal it was still wrong. But we did not want to wait any longer so we just accepted it and left. Attitude with the employees need to be corrected and do not eat food while serving customers theirs..
In and out great service price food and always is that North Carolina. Style barbecue is hard to fake and it's all just like home slaw on top is the best thing to not 4get matter fact I might go get another one lol
