We could not have been happier with our special order cake. The online ordering was very easy to build our custom cake. The schedule option when we wanted to pick it up was simple. And the cake was made exactly to our specifications for a very important event. Thank you! Thank you!
Hands down one of the best ice screen place, they got smoothie, milkshake, waffle cones cone, ice cream you scream everybody scream
Pros: Perfect ice cream, always get what I want, best for online ordersCons: Dine-in is too slow. I witnessed so many customers waiting like 5 minutes on busy days and once it's their turn to order, they'll also spend like another 5 minutes asking and hesitating on what they want. Many customers never know what they really want until it's their turn to order. The 2 staff working there(there are 3 teens as staff now, boss not included since he works only few days) are young and take too much time added to those that waste too much time asking what is what instead of ordering.PS: I was on my way to pickup an online order(marked ready) and received the call(I added a screenshot but I don't know why it doesn't show up) from Cold Stone Creamery to tell me that they're out of my items. I asked to make sure and the caller pronounced my name to verify that it's me. I was already there, so I went in and I was given my correct order. I looked at the phone number that called me and noticed that it was from New Jersey(I use my earbuds to pickup calls while driving, so I didn't focus on the caller). I don't know how an online order in Savannah ended up mixed up with another Cold Stone Creamery in NJ. I hope you fix this type of misleading issue.
This is the slowest Ice cream shop I’ve ever been to i came here with my kids for a treat and it was just disgusting we threw it away and went downtown to Leopold’s and it was amazing the man that was there I believe it was the manager he had no gloves on did not wash is hands and was very rude I will never eat at cold stone ever again. IF U EVER WANT ICE CREAM NEVER GO TO COLD STONE CREAMY YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED
Delicious ice cream. Service isn’t great, but I think that has something to do with the management that seems to ride the workers pretty hard.
I ordered delivery through the app and my whole order was wrong. Instead of 3 Gotta Have It and 1 Love It, I got two Gotta Have Its and two Love It orders. My four flavors I ordered were: Cookies Make Everything Batter (Gotta Have It) PB Cookie Dough (Gotta Have It) One Smart Brookie (Gotta Have It) Almost Baked Banana Bread (Love It) Instead, I got: Banana Pudding (Love It) Almost Baked Banana Bread (Love It) OREO Cookies n Cream (Gotta Have It) Cookie Dough (Gotta Have It) no PB
It was full, but the wait was bearable, the staff was prompt, and the ice cream was good.
Order the trick or treat!!! It is a life changing experience. I added brownie and Graham crackers. Next time ill add reeces and cookie dough as well.
It's ran by a bunch of little kids who's more worried about hooking up all of their friends in the store with free ice cream.Then worrying about the customers who are actually paying. They served me melted ice cream in a cup because they did not leave it on the cold stone long enough. Is absolutely horrible I will never be back.( They hooked up 6 different kids with free ice cream)
This place it’s slow and not very customer service oriented. We waited around for about 20 minutes in the line to be able to place a order. Once It was time to place our order the employee just walked away. So we ended up just leaving. Very disappointed.
