The sign said open, all the lights were on and even the drive thru was lit up but no one ever came to assist us! This particular site is going down bad real fast!
I really don't know why this place is still open pot holes in the drive thru . give me a half of a biscuit SMH.
The wait time is ridiculous then you get cold food and they're not friendly at all. And their restaurant needs to be clean
The place definitely needs to be shut down - They only have two people on staff with a long line & certain items not ready. The owner has got to do better - this is sad for customers & workers.
after drinking my drink I decided to look in my cup in there was a fly ant in my drink!!!! I’m beyond disgusted & baffled , not to mention omg the chicken was disgusting!!! only if I had a picture of that!!
This place is HARDLY open. 345pm cars. in line ask for your order window another 15 min. Guy come to check out window. We are. Closed. Why take people's orders. That's bad business. In this heat ?.
They have absolutely terrible customer service all the time. The parking lot is horrible. You might mess up your car's tires if you're not careful. The food is decent. They should remodel the restaurant and parking lot, retrain their staff or hire a new crew. I feel that this restaurant is worth renovating and investing time in retraining staff and/or hiring new staff.
I did a review and failed to mention why I gave 3 stars. I was in Savannah for the weekend a my wife and hadn't had Church's in years. She's a southern girl and I went to college in Charlotte in the mid to late '80s. I have never waited in line so long for fast-food. It didn't matter the time of day. The employee's were great but the wait was ridiculous! That needs to be rectified.
About 3:00pm waited in drive thru line only to get to window and told they are closed they had no chicken. Time for new manager when you can't determine how much is required to make it through the day.
Nothing against staff. Very short staffed. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru and to top it off, main items such as biscuits and chicken tenders are not available due to shipping issues. Do not, I repeat do not go on your lunch break unless you're self employed or have 2 hours for lunch.
