It's hit and miss if the dining area is closed here. You get there and have to order online which is a hassle once I've driven there. I just go to Moe's across the street now. Bad business.
Terrible. They barely put any chicken on mine and I had a takeout order, the top they used was DIRTY with beans and stuff smothered all over it. Super disgusting.
I’m pro “be green n save the earth”. But really. If you have 2 orders that are heavy. Please double bag it!! Entire bag broke as I was entering the car. Stained the seats and all! Please exercise basic common sense!
The staff is very rude and the location is dirty. I felt like I had my food thrown at me after being dropped into the bag. I often eat Chipotle and order from the location near my home. I tried this location twice in two days, thinking it could have just been an off day upon my first visit. Well, it seems to be an everyday thing. The staff was complaining about how hot it was behind the counter, and the heat obviously flared their already bad attitudes. I'm only giving two stars because one of the five employees was kind and smiled through the annoyance. The food itself was mediocre at best. The kitchen area was trashed. The prep table was covered in mixed meat juices and the floors were covered with obvious coatings of the same meat juice and dirt. Something really needs to be done about this.
Very disgusting. They had a flies landing on their food. When it was brought to the worker’s attention she had the worst attitude. When she was told to take out fresh food she started playing with her braids. We watched other customers enter after us and they were served that food. I would never ever eat there especially in this pandemic. Very disgusting and poor service.
2nd to 3rd time that I have gone there to get food and they are closed or they require you to order using their app. Nope!! Not going to do it. I like their food but I’m not downloading another app to just to order food.
Ive been ordering from this location for over 3 years. Past few months, my order is always wrong, and usually missing items. Esp the guac. Im paying for that, and its never on any of the items i order anymore. Ive tried contacting customer support and they never resolve the issue. Giving a BOGO coupon is NOT solving my problem. I dont want to spend more money on incorrect orders. Fix the problem!
The person who greets you looks completely miserable!!!! She ask you what you would like but doesn’t listen to what you say. I watched her take several peoples order. Always wrong, has to ask you again because she literally is not listening. Not a smile, thank you, have a great day, kids my butt, etc. if you are soooooo miserable, quit! This is not a one trip observation. This is over several weeks of coming in there. She is the first person the greet your customers. I wonder how many people have quit coming here because of her? I know today was my last!
Rice is uncooked and they give you small portions. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the staff were nice.
