I came from far away to eat and it said that it closed at 10:00 and the manager took me out of the place, saying that it was already closed and it was 9:40 pm, outrageous treatment

On May 31 we went to the store to eat. It was closed but they accepted pickup via online orders. So we ordered that way and picked up a few minutes later. The next day, we ordered again for in store pickup. When we go to the store it was completely closed, including for pickup via online orders. BUT, the store charged the $19.15 to our credit card. The charge was pending for a few days then went through as a purchase. Navigating the Chipotle system for a refund and resolution has been a nightmare. This store and the company in general should do better.

ZERO STARS. An older black gentleman (appearing 40+ yrs old) was cutting chicken for customers, and eating pieces of the same chicken. He did this 3 times. My eyes were not deceiving me. This is the 3rd time myself or a family member has witnessed poor sanitation standards at this Victory Dr. Savannah ,GA location. In 2021 an employee touched a mop bucket, didn't wash her hands, then used unclean hands to touch customers credit cards, food, receipts, etc. In 2021 an employee wiped the food line with a rag didn't wash his hands then grabbed the serving spoons and stirred food containers. Now today an employee was eating chicken with his bare hands while prepping/chopping customers chicken. He specifically told another employee he was prepping that same chicken for the line.

I tried giving this place a second chance after the first experience was terrible. We never got our delivery order for 6 people in a meeting. I had to drive 5 miles to the store because you cannot call them. That time they at least offered to remake the order and give me BOGO for next time. I decided to try again and the order never came even thought they said it was delivered. I drove back to the store again only to be told by VERY rude employees and one that said she was the manager that I would have to take it up with Doordash. They would not remake the food. You have no way to call the store or Doordash. No driver number - nothing. I will never try them again and I suggest you take your dollars somewhere they appreciate you.

Excelente comida y atención

They are the least prepared Chipotle ever! They are always out of key ingredients and today they are only taking online orders. I have too many people for that today and drove 30 min to get here. They need better management apparently.

I always wanted to try this place it always looked busy. I finally did when is wasn't busy at all. The food was ok, the place was a little dirty for it to be 3 customers. Everyone there was super nice ?? for that.

I’m not sure what happened, but this chipotle has really stepped up their game. I’ll be honest, a few months back I didn’t think they were up to snuff. I had been there a few times and the workers were not hospitable or accurate. I deleted the app and everything. However, I gave it another shot today it’s extremely high quality. The workers were so kind and personable. The order was perfectly accurate. It just seemed like a different place entirely. If you had some rough experiences in the past like me, give it another look. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Out of guac, but I know this happens. Cashier was trash talking other staff in live time. ? Fascinating levels of mask use among staff, including full cover, mouth only, chin warmer, and full nude. Is this a proxy for varrying degrees of hand washing seriousness? Not the best, not the worst, just your typical Chipotle.

I'd give it no stars if I could. I went here to try it for the first time to see what the hype was about. I used the app it said guacamole was unavailable. When I walked in the customers ordering their food instore had guacamole. When I addressed the employee making the food she stated that's for in store orders only I don't have any on my side. If you want some u have to wait in line and pay for it. Okay that really blew my mind and made me never wanna come back. But when I got home the cheese on the top didn't melt because my chicken beans rice was cold. I think they gave me plain chicken because I ordered chicken asada and there was no spice to my food it was bland. Then I went on the hunt in my dish for the queso Blanco I paid extra for. It was all shoved in the bottom corner and was being soaked up by the bowl that or they gave me a table spoons equlivant. As a chef and a food critic and a local savannah guide I would advise you to spend your money at taco bell before you came to eat here. Oh Chipotle where was the Chipotle? There wasn't any. I understand people complain for free food and perks. I'm not that one. Severely diaspointed in my friday night date takeout.
