I have been to this location on 4 separate occasions. Each one I have been met with rude and inconsiderate associates. Either they don’t give you the correct food, or it’s cold. I very rarely ever have this issue in any other location. I’ve order the spicy chicken sandwich two times, and each time the cold cheese was just slapped on as an after thought. The one associate who takes orders, must not hear well because she always screws something up after you order, and then argues with you that that’s not what you ordered. I won’t be returning to this location.
Always have good service at this and all Chick-fil-A I have visited. This is the ONE franchise that's hasn't been tainted with the Hinesville curse. Even while in Florida, I'd still get app rewards from the owner. Keep up the great work!
Every time I come here they are above and beyond I think they’ve grown accustomed to seeing my name (Michael) and I was greeted with a free brownie today and complimented for my continued appreciation I come here often and it’s wonderful every time and I didn’t even know I had a free chicken sandwich from last time my order was late! Thank god for these people
I HATE this location. Order is always wrong, and employees seem aggravated when approached. This is definitely a downgrade to the Chick-fil-A brand.
Everytime I come to this location, I am told they don't have coca cola, or chicken strips. The staff is extremely rude, and seem more like they want to be anywhere but here. Their definitely is no "pleasure" with their service. If I could give this location a 0 I would.
Horrible I wouldn't recommend eating here the, they messed up and me and my daughter chicken deluxe meals then wanted to charge us for it then when I said nevermind they wanted to give us it for free cause we were missing lettuce and cheese and they wanted to charge us for the lettuce and cheese & then the lady who was ringing up our orders was giving us dirty looks and the other workers as well and then the last wanted our recipe she act like we was lying about our order being wrong. Moral of the story don't eat here cause they do nothing but mess up on orders and play around.
I really appreciate Chick-fil-A employee's and other staff members who went above and beyond to help get me my food. Thanks ?
Thank you Chick-fil-A, you have convinced me to make my own breakfast.I went through the drive thru and was expecting the excellent food that I normally get but it seems that you have decided that is the low grade that McDonald's serves is just fine for your customers. But at least McDonald's is fairly cheap.I ordered 2SEC Biscuits and Hash Browns. What I got was 1 SEC Biscuit, 1 BEC Biscuit, both of which were crushed, and Hash Browns which were crushed as well. I could swear someone sat on my food except I was the only one in the car. And I payed over 11 dollars for this?! I know it may not sound like much but when my food gets destroyed before I get it then even 1 dollar is too much!!So again, thank you for convincing me to save money by not visiting your establishment again....
Seems like they don’t care,slow service, rude employees. stood in line by myself almost 10 minutes while the cashier lady and girl bagging went back and forth, eventually I just walked away. I work in the mall, and am in the food court daily, EVERYONE else is much kinder and hospitable. Smh
You know, what can I say about Chick-fil-A? It usually takes longer than what I like because everybody and their mother eats here for lunch so you know there's going to be a wait, sometimes I wish my fries or my food was just a little bit warmer but overall it usually tastes like chicken, and they're usually friendly!
