This location is usually exceptional but I presume due to the current work climate it has been hard to get workers. The cashier was nice but not as upbeat as the usual personnel at these locations. Products were overcooked and not up to the usual standards. The price was lower than usual because I always order the same thing, which was good.
I always love visiting Chick fil A stores. The food is always great and the team members are always very friendly and helpful. This is the first Cfa that I have visited that is drive through only.
I bought my daughter food while we were at the mall. The cashier was real quiet and it seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else which was displayed in her attitude. She got her food and went to eat it and the fries were cold so she did what anyone else would do and took them back. The manager (white lady with a bun) was rude about it and said I'll do it this time but next time I'm not going to. Just thought that was unprofessional but anyways, Everyone else was very nice and they looked busy.
Not a full menu. No grilled chicken on breakfast menu. All unhealthy. No healthful options. Also, poor customer service. I very rarely leave reviews, so take that for what it's worth.
It may be unique to my order but waiting times from order to pickup have also increased since it re-opened, significantly, and shows no sign of ever going back down to what it was before . Food is warm still when I get home at least.
This small place is hell for me because I asked for bread and they gave me a stone, Please if u want bread rather than a stone do not visit this location and Chik Fil A in general because I get troubles with them no matter what branch/location I go to. Here is what happened(about 2 months ago); I had walked from downtown Savannah so I was so tired and not to mention so sweaty so I really NEEDED a cold drink to rehydrate-however I did not get what I asked for. I used my rewards because am a rewards member(these were my only last rewards left in my account), it also turns out I had runout of money completely so this was so important at this particular time. I also still had a couple miles to walk because I was going to Coubtry suites Inn Radisson on Savannah Gateway(so these drinks would be lifesavers). So anyway I ordered two large sodas and clearly told the staff to put light ice in one drink and the other I didn't care as much however She(staff) went ahead and filled these two cups with ICE and there was not even a quarter of soda in there(both drinks). I literally had to deal with these two heav loads of ice and also figure out where to dump the ice along the way. I was completely disappointed but decided not to go back because I figured this would do more harm to me and others not supposed to be involved as in now causing causing a disorder for the other customers there. I rather had to pick some trashy leftover soda along the way that I even had no idea if it was completely soda because this evil staff refused intentionally to give what I really NEEDED at that particular moment. Please be mindful some people are in very bad situation and you doing that helps them to realize that there is someone that cares enough to do their job. This helps everybody in the end. Food is great. Don't park there during peak ours, park at the establishment next door if you're picking food up. I found out the hard way and got trapped in the parking lot until someone in the drive thru line let me out.
This location is horrible and the manager Robert is bad as well steer clear if possible just go to the one in the mall I ordered a 8 ct grilled nugget and they gave me 6 GIANT pieces of chicken no receipt, no sauces, no napkins, no forks and my fries were just tossed into the bag. When I asked them to remake it Robert told me there was nothing he could do because it was 8 in there (which wasn't true). If I could rate this location - 5 stars I would.
I Placed a small order after waiting half an hour in the line and the employee on the headset who took my order did not say my pleasure and so I said “hello” and the employee responded “yeah” so I repeated myself and I said thank you again and she ignored me then when I saw the manager crossing in front of my car I said “Excuse me but do you honor the free meal expectation when someone does not say my pleasure at this location?” the manager said “no we don’t I don’t even know where that started” I explained to him my experience at the speaker box and he said “maybe the headset went out when you said thank you” then I responded with “I said thank you two times after saying hello to get the employees attention” and he repeated his statement that the headset may be faulty when I got to the window I was greeted by another young lady and I told her the situation she just ignored me and handed me my food I handed it back to the second manager that was inside of the building and I said “I do not want this food and please refund me my money” when she asked “why?” I was too bothered to be able to explain why because if I wanted this kind of service I would have went to McDonald’s or Burger King I spend too much money at Chick-fil-A to be ignored. The rude manager‘s name is Robert.
I honestly feel bad the lady that was speaking to me when I gave my order through drive thru was rude and when I got up to get my food I glared at this young lady and I tell you what I feel so bad because I realized after she wasn’t wearing a headset so she didn’t do anything but be nice to us. I felt so bad but to the lady that was speaking to me there was no need to be rude.
