I love chick fil a.But Every time I do a mobile order here I have to wait like 20-30 minutes.One time I called in an hour advance and showed up then still had to wait 20 minutes.Made me late to my meeting.
Service has went way down at this location. You wait forever for your mobile order! Even though the app tells you it’s in the window. Not worth it! They created a new setup with pickup window but it actually only made things worse. Also this seems to be the position they put the rude employees.
Its Peach milkshake time! So sad that it is only once a year. Taste like my grandmothers homemade peach ice cream so it also comes w wonderful memories ?
Waited in line for nearly 50 minutes. I expected a wait, even a long one, but they just completely stopped talking orders from the left line for well over 20 minutes. Then they seemed vexed that the guy in front of me and myself were so angry. I saw the people who were behind me drive off with their order nearly half an hour before I finally got to the window myself, and my order was wrong.
Why do most all Chick-fil-As make you order in the drive-through before you get to the menu? The food and service are still great, just a bad setup.
Disappointing. Forgot napkins and dressing. Slow to assist front counter customers. Not very friendly for Chick-fil-A. This location is over-reaching trying to run inside counter, drive thru, walk up window, Door Dash and more. Maybe focus on doing what you do well and get rid of the silly novelty walk up window.
Waited in drive thru line 20min. Ordered a chicken deluxe, got an extra spicy chicken sandwich. Ordered a 30pc nugget & the lady thought we said strawberry milk shake?? Also ordered 2 large fries with the meal and got burnt crumbs instead of actual waffle fries. Sad.
While going towards Tybee island we were feeling hungry and we decided to stop at Chick-fill-A and ordered Chick-fill-A nuggets. The service was great and we got the nuggets in 5 minutes. The nuggets were hot and looks liked freshly cooked. The nuggets were delicious and it served as the perfect afternoon snack. Loved the food and service.
I placed my order through the ChikFilA app and opted to use the drive thru. The drive thru has been reconfigured in the parking lot, and it no longer blocks other businesses as much. It took quite a long time to get through the drive thru, as I was there at a busy time of the evening. Friendly employees, good food, but just plan to be patient in the drive thru.
What a busy place! Sign of great food and fast service! Employees were very friendly in spite of how busy they were. Food came fast and was very good.
