Would not recommend eating outside there was way too many flies swarming around our food to enjoy.
Very disappointed in service & &food. We dined here in May had a great dinner so recommended to friends we go for dinner. Things started off bad had to send drinks back because tonic was flat or club soda not sure which. Placed order and took forever for food to arrive & when did was over cooked. Even had to wait to pay bill! Seemed like plenty of staff so not sure what went wrong.

The shrimp and crab risotto was very salty. Lots of shrimp but skimpy on the crab. Creme Brí»lée for dessert was runny. There are better restaurants in Savannah.

Cha Bella is a nice, easily accessible, neighborhood, classy restaurant. They do excellent Farm to Table food, very creative. We were able to secure an early reservation just a few hours before wanting to eat on a Sunday. That is one of the perks of this restaurant, whereas many other fine dining places in Savannah you must reserve several weeks/months in advance.
