I brought 30 pieces of wings half teriyaki and half Buffalo and there were delicious it was my first time visiting, I will most definitely return for more of there wings. Customer service was awesome thanks Buffalo Wild Wings.
Waitress served my wife’s food, after 10 minutes mine still hadn’t arrived. I had to get up and ask the waitress, who was busy talking to the bartender where my food was. She said she’s check on it. Another ten minutes went by and she finally brought my order. I asked her what happened? She said they were still cooking, which I feel was a lie. Never asked us if we needed salt, ketchup, utilities or refills on our drinks? We needed all of them. Went to leave and pay but there was nobody at the cash register. Waited another 10 minutes with two other customers until finally someone showed up? No excuse for this kind of experience on my opinion. Very disappointed
We took our family out for dinner, our server was Andre and it was absolutely the best service I’ve ever had in my adult life. He was very kind and patient with us and our 4 kids. I will absolutely be back and asking for him! That man deserves some recognition! Amazing job sir!
Where to start. This was a hot unorganized mess. We ordered wings and fries for both of us. Went to pick up and there was NO ONE in takeout. After waiting for what seemed like forever the bartender came out and helped my husband. She went to the back to get the person who was supposed to be working up there. He was met with a level of unprofessionalism unheard of. She left and never returned and ANOTHER woman ended up helping him get out already paid for order that had a tip and wouldn’t allow me to take off. But this type of customer service does NOT deserve a tip. The fries were cold. At least the wings were good.
Great food and couldn't ask for better service. Wait staff was super friendly and never got the chance to empty my drink before she had another waiting on me. Great experience.
Was told it would be a 30 min wait, after we had already waited 10 min for someone to approach us. Only people there was on the bar side. Horrible management.
Excellent service and the most yummy nachos ever.... yum yum yum!!!!The waitress (I think might have been new) was jobbing-out helping a few of us, then a large group descended on us from another universe.I thought... "omg, the poor thing, she's gonna break down, and we'll either starve and die right here, or all the orders will be all jacked up it will take all night to sort it out... omg." :-/Whoa... She's fricken pro and did a great job keeping all of us satisfied and under control; everything went well and all the orders were perfect and went to the right table and person- Wow!I will surely eat here again when in town. :-)
Andre was the best server we have ever had here at Buffalo's! We have been coming here for years and he was so accommodating and had our order out just as we asked. Made sure we were all set and checked on us at appropriate times. Loved him and hope to get him again next time!!
This place is in dire need of a sign, "We love your money, but we are not willing to work for it." Extremely poor customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left without our food. No one at the door to say where to sit and when we asked if we could seat ourselves, the response of an aggravated emotional landscape. Surely, we should have walked out at the moment. But we are all about second chances. Our hostess didn't have the patience to wait for us to finish our sentence before walking off. As a result, she got the drinks wrong. And then she didn't wait again for us to finish placing the food order before walking off. At that point, we left. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a place where you would always be respected as a person. But lately, this location is void of any semblance of 'good' customer service. As long as the employees get paid, who cares what anything else looks like.
There were 6 of us and the person who ordered a salad didn't get it until about 10 minutes after everyone else got their meals. The server was nice and the food was good, just waiting so long for a salad seemed ridiculous.
