First time having it, and it didn't let me down! Delicious. I know my new fast food joint when I move down south!
Went there after Sunday services, there where people waiting for the order over 10 minutes, people waiting to place orders and myself. I departed after a 15 minute waiting and so did the two couples ahead of me. Out of the three employees I saw working in the back, not one came to the front counter to even acknowledge we were there. Only if there were any kind of acknowledgement, I'm so we would have waited. I was very disappointed in their behavior.
My girlfriend loves Bojangles, we live in NYC and there's no Bojangles out there. Every time we take a road trip to the South, she always has to have some Bojangles chicken.
Nice clean, cozy location. Ate there after a quick visit to Savannah. Ate around 7PM or so and the dining area was empty, except for us.The staff was nice and pleasant. Would definitely eat there again.
This was my first time in a Bojangles restaurant and as recommended the chicken and biscuits were excellent. We also got the beans and rice which were really good. The guy taking our order was pretty quiet but very nice and helpful. Too bad we don't have a Bojangles restaurant in Chicago
The boberry biscuit was really goodHot and fresh...first time I have been there but will go back to try other stuff
The service was very bad and there was no seasoning on non of the food.I ordered green beans and when I got home it was so call bake beans, but the beans was kidney bean and nasty. I will never go back to Bojangles anymore especially the one on 4401 Okeechobee Rd.
Great for the most part... Their food and their tea is really good, though sometimes it seems they run out of staple items which is kind of frustrating considering I have a large family and they all like what they like... Makes it challenging when we need to find somewhere else to go because they don't have what the kids like.
This place used to have great customer service during the days when you could eat in. It’s a completely different story now. Their customer service is absolute garbage. The person on the drive thru ALWAYS has an attitude and is completely disrespectful. They don’t get your order right. And they’re constantly making excuses and lying as to why they don’t want to do their jobs if you ask for either white meat or dark meat. Every fried chicken place allows you to choose, including bojangles. But this particular restaurant has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The person working the drive thru deserves to be fired. Lost my taste for bojangles after this. Don’t come here. Trust me.
Shout out to Sha! In this current social climate when many people are short tempered, this young lady stood out. She was very pleasant, patient with taking our order. That kind of courtesy goes a long way. Appreciate those that work the fast food with a great attitude. World needs more people like Sha!
