Fun place to take the family. It took a while to get our order, but the kids loved the novelty of the rolled ice cream, and the flavors were good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, space is clean and well kept, and prices are reasonable. We will visit again
0/10 watermelon slushy. Just powder sugar and ice it’s down bad. The previous owner offered fresh watermelon juice/slush which we were looking forward to, we were very disappointed.Can’t believe this cost more then $7??
My husband and I were on vacation in Savannah and got a sweet tooth and decided to try this place! The bubble teas are amazing! Very delicious and refreshing. My husband had some rolled ice cream and really enjoyed it. I had a green apple mixed with pina colida Italian Ice and it was definitely not a disappointment!! 10/10 would definitely recommend! The shop is also really spacious and you can catch up on some business or schoolwork in there while treating yourself to something amazing!
I got the tybee turtle, delicious but they were skimpy on the whipped cream -_-.Great service and clean shop
Interesting taste... interesting drink. As a foreigner, It's my first time here and I had the first one on the menu.. tofo or whatever and I cannot say I've disliked it but not a fan as well.The cashier is lovely and patient.
I can stay this ice cream is the best. Light yet filling. A must try Tybee Turtle and the Strawberry Cheese cake (yes made with fresh strawberries). The prices are reasonable. It's cool to watch them make the rolled Ice cream. You can add 3 extra topping (no extra cost) The place is clean and bathroom was excellent!!!! Oh but if you don't want ice cream try the Coffee with Boba!!!! I must say the owner is very nice and doesn't just sit by she works too. Customer service is everything. You want be disappointed... Team work makes the service a 10plus
If I could give them no stars I would. This place is the worst. This is the worst ice cream I have ever had in my opinion. Go to Rolling monkey if you want some good ice cream.
Never tried the rolled ice cream until we took our small company for christmas dinner then to below zero for dessert. Everyone was pleased with their choices. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. They got very busy while we were there. They are still in the learning stages, but seem to be doing a great job with the staff they have. Finding good help and people who want to work is hard these days. Everything is not "fast food" so be nice and wait patiently for your order. Would highly recommend trying!
Ownership changed and not for the better. This is my third time being here in two weeks because I wanted to give yall another chance but waiting 30-45 minutes for one drink every time when your workers are standing around staring at customers with a stank face isn't productive. They have no sense of urgency when there's a line or when there isn't. They have no system. They're not prepped up. It's a shame how lazy people have become.
