If you plan to go bar hopping make sure to make Bay Street Blues your last stop. It’s impossible to leave once you get there. You will not find another bar with this type of atmosphere and you’ll never find another owner like Ms. Bonnie anywhere. From the bouncer at the door to Jessica and Darrell the DJ you’ll never find a bar that makes you feel like you’re so much at home. Don’t go to Savannah and miss out on the chance to visit Bay Street Blues.

Y'all, Bonnie has been holding court over the bar scene downtown in Savannah since forever, long before pedicabs and bachelorette parties were a thing here. Can't lose by visiting! Great staff, prices, horrible karaoke (in the best way) and one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Bring your fancy in-laws, bougie cousins, and uppity friends who think they're too good...to show them a great time.Actually, I change my mind-don't do that, because then the atmosphere would change.
The best thing about this place was the bouncer. 4 stars to the bouncer.
