You took our friends here. We stopped in for a drink and saddened some really comfy chairs by the fireplace. Nice bar with some really good drinks. Enjoyed the ambience
Awesome bar. Down to earth bartenders, no frills fun in a laid back atmosphere. Didn't actually see any shows here, but came back multiple times in the same week for good ol day drinking. Perfect spot if you need a distraction from the heat.
Ridiculous and getting greedy now charging a cover for the door on a Thursday. I received a response. I have been in attendance with a band playing on Thursdays and there was no charge. In addition there was no ban playing that night when it was a cover..thanks anyway though. It has already prevented me.from coming. There are numerous places down town that DONT charge .

Best drinks, bartenders(pleasant and easy on the eyes, not afraid to pour a good drink), live music, and always gna find a good time. 7 nights a week something will be going on and it will be fun at Barrelhouse. Come to the Emo Night(Savannah is for Lovers) when you see it coming through, it's legit af.

STAY AWAY or use cash only. I left a $2 tip and they thought it would be best to add a zero to make it a $20 tip. Not ok.Minus 1 star. FYI the comment responding to this review asking me to reach out was less than sincere. I was ignored. Zero integrity deserves zero stars.
