Extremely dusty, over half of their lights are burned out.Went to order Fried pickles ohh we don't have those, okay broccoli bites, were out of those too. Ok fine no app.Pork chops one fried, one grilled. Nope can't do that.I certainly won't come back here.
Had a problem a couple of weeks ago, but thought I would try again. This time they outdid themselves on this botched order. Total came to 123.00. Delivery came, I received half of the order. HALF! I call and they say the restaurant closes in five miu, can’t help ya. Have to call Uber to get a refund . If anyone has had to do this, it takes forever. Thanks again Barnes. Here is a very complicated tip on how to avoid this. Maybe have someone check the order before it leaves your restaurant to make sure HALF of the order is NOT missing. May take weeks to train that complicated task. I’m done with you.
Thanks so much for catering my nieces graduation party at your restaurant. The food and staff were awesome. Not one complaint. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Actually they're still raving about how good everything turned out. Thanks again.
Normally I genuinely enjoy whatever I get from Barnes but today, when I only wanted a bottle of BBQ Sauce, I experienced the absolute worst customer service ever. I waited in line for over 30 minutes only for a woman(who claimed to be the manager) to tell me that it wasn't her job to pull condiments from the back. If she was the manager, then it definitely was her job. I don't understand why I couldn't just get what I asked for and leave. They literally made it seem like doing their job was a chore
Food is always good. Service was slower than usual, but not enough to ruin the meal. Seemed to be a distinct lack of staffing, but our waitress did the best she could. Barbecue was just as good as always, onion rings are fantastic. Great place for lunch, close to hospitals.
The restaurant needs a deep cleaning, the restrooms looks as if no one has clean it in months the toilet has mold and other waste buildup the sink is the same and all this is mask by a air freshner. In the dinning room the floors as a wax buildup that is going up the baseboards and the windows need cleaning both interior and exterior. The food took a minute to come and was not hot just lukewarm the waitress act nonchalant.
This place was great! Juicy chicken tenders! Delicious pulled pork! Tasty Mac & cheese! Great service! We will be back!!!
Never did I expect to eat ox tails as delicious and tender as those served at this restaurant. I ordered the small plate and had leftovers for the next day. I was so pleased and so satisfied I just had to rave about it. The workers were excellent. Patient, kind and beautiful people.
This wasn't a good visit. They are short on staff. I purchased 4piece finger basket, the fries were fried hard and from the bottom of the bag. Didn't eat them, the finger were much better in the past. It will be a while before i go back.And prepare to wait longer than usual.
Sweet tea is always a hit here, can’t go wrong with Brunswick stew. Take out services are a great option and even better when you call ahead to order. I always get something from this restaurant whenever I’m in town. The location is convenient and it’s better than fast food.
