First off, there are no prices on the menu. They were mostly taken down. Second, I asked for an Italian. I didn’t see any sort of anything involving sizes or prices, so I asked for “large”, cuz why not. Then the employee said they were only doing half sizes. I said okay (but I’m not sure why you can’t put two half sizes together, but whatever. It took him long enough to say that, why push my luck. So then I was asked again, “uhh. What was your order?” An Italian, bro. This is a sub shop. That’s not an odd request. Anyway, I just left. They were totally out of it. You’d be insane to let these people near your food, and food they were clearly almost out of. First and last time. Later.
Asked for a cold veggies and cheese sub. The kid working would ask if I wanted something and just put it in anyway when I said no. "Salt and pepper?" as he put salt and pepper all over it. Same with oil and vinegar. Then he got irritated when I told him I hadn't wanted any of those things and he should wait for someone's response when he asks them a question. Veggies were pretty nasty, but the bread is yummy. I won't be back.
I'm here now. Just got a craving for a cheese steak and drove across town to come specifically to this baldinos. I was told that they have already put chemicals on the grill so I cannot have a hot sandwich. It's 8pm. They close at 9pm. ?
Could have been better... When you are paying $35 for 2 sandwiches, they definitely shouldn't be forgetting the mayo and mustard!!! Also, if you are asking costumers to wear masks, the employees should be as well.
States masks required, yet no one wearing a mask as a customer or employee. I have been a customer of Baldinos in metro Atlanta for over 20 years; to say this experience was subpar would be a compliment. Only 1 of the 5 sandwiches were made as ordered and the quality was quite poor and disappointing.
I had not been to this location in years but decided to give it a go tonight and im so happy i did. I got the 'Family' Italian with extra meat and they took their time crafting my sandwhich to perfection. I will not stay away so long again!
This particular store located on Victory Dr in Savannah, has been the best store here for years , but now that they’ve sold/franchised it out it is now one the worse if not the worst..The people whose running the operation shows that they have absolutely zero experience in running an Italian like business.. they don’t know how to bake bread slice meat or vegetables, then on top of that they are using scales to weight out meat that their not selling by weight .All in all I won’t recommend this establishment or any of the others,Worst Sandwich I’ve paid for ever..
Very good, very fresh, very fast and a lot of sub for your money.
I ordered for delivery at 7:15 p.m. email confirmation stated will be delivered by 7:58 p.m. and nothing! No call, I attempted to call 11 times with no answer! They gladly took the money and processed the charge!!
Cheesesteak is great everytime!
