I've been supporting this establishment for over a decade. It's Tuesday night May 25th @ 7: 25pm & I just called Baldinos on Waters and Derenne in Sav'h Ga.& The owner whom I know by voice, claims he cannot take my sandwich order by phone.They close at 8:00 & I'm only 3 minutes awaybutI know from experience they turned the grill off earlyI already knowwhen I get there,they're going to tell me that it's time to turn the grill offand I won't be able to get the daily special.So it used to be the dark-haired female in there that was really rude nNOWi's the dark haired male owner as well whom is extremely rude.
I Placed my order online and received my sub exactly how i asked for it. The bread was so soft.
I placed an order and they fixed my Italian Battalion wrong. I wanted no onions and they put onions on it and I paid extra for pickles and they did not add them. I called to inform them. They informed me that they would fix it. When I arrived to get a new sub the worker stated that the sub was used so he could not give me a new one, so he proceeded to take off the toppings and put new toppings on the same meat and bread. He refused to give me fresh meat and bread. I stated that what he was doing was unsanitary. He did not care. He told me that he was given me the pickles for free (he meant the pickles I already paid for). I will never order from here again.
The lady didn't give me anything I asked for on the two subs I ordered. I wanted an American Army and she gave me turkey and roast beef with none of the additions I requested and then they didn't answer the phone when I called to address this. I should have checked the subs before I left, but I trusted her to do them right
This baldino's has good service but the sandwich wasn't as tasty as the baldino's I usually go to in pooler. I ordered a American army whole and a half sandwich same type but had more lettuce on it than meat .my opinion go to pooler store or victory drive store.
First time having Baldino’s and I can say it was delicious!! Will definitely be going back!!

I haven’t been to Baldinos in about a year. No particular reason but I went last night and the food was good. I just got a turkey sub. I wasn’t looking for anything spectacular but it ended up hitting the spot. I’m in the area a lot so I might start going here more regularly.

I stopped here for lunch and there was a longish line - good sign? I ordered my sub, and maybe didn't order correctly because it was crazy expensive compared to the menu. The sub was good, but way more expensive than I expected and it wasn't really any bigger than anyplace else.
