A very nice spot located close to River Street. The staff were great - nice and helpful. The fried green tomatoes were very good and there were a number of vegetarian options available. Plus the drinks were well made and the atmosphere was lively.
Go to this place!!! Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go to B. Matthew’s! We came here for brunch because our hotel was close by, and all I can say with each bite I took was “wow!” The food is hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS. The place is adorable and clean, the service was excellent. We got the crab cake Benny and the Bay Street scramble. 10/10!!!
We found this little restaurant near the Riverwalk and went for dinner and breakfast. Loved the shrimp and grits! So tasty. Our service was fast and our waitress was so helpful. Went back for a weekday lunch and the food was just as good as dinner (and I am very critical of food that is not seasoned well and interesting to eat).
Had read good reviews and wanted to go for breakfast. This restaurant was a bit off the beaten track. Visited mid week at around 10am, it was quite busy. Service was friendly. Good selection, I chose Crab cake Beni, it arrived quickly but wasn't very hot and the biscuit did not seem very fresh. Overall was disappointed as expensive but quality not great
This place has a great assortment of brunch cocktails and a solid menu of entrees. It's kind of tight quarters inside, but once you're seated you don't feel it. Conveniently located near Bay street. So, it's a solid spot to start your day in Savanna.
We snagged a seat at the bar for brunch and kicked off with a pitcher of mimosas! The menu was eclectic everything looked delicious! We settled on the Crab Benedict, a huge handmade crab cake over an equally giant fried green tomato on top of an even larger biscuit. It was as good as it sounds. The chicken and gravy was also delicious. The conversation and recommendations from our bartender rounded our the experience!
The food in reality makes up for the lack of inspired descriptions on the website menu. We had shrimp&grits and biscuits &gravy. I could have licked the bowl of the Biscuits &gravy.
A great breakfast place, tried grits for the second time in my life and this time I liked them! Good menu so everyone will be happy.
Kind of just wandered into this restaurant as we were looking for breakfast. We had not read any reviews. It was a wonderful breakfast! I had the French toast and my husband had an omelette. Our waiter was friendly.
Great spot for brunch. House Bloody Mary was delish. Atmosphere was cozy. Service was great. Would definitely return.
