Extremely slow but not busy. Waitress had issues with timely drink refills. The only reason for a 2 is food was good once we finally got it. We arrived at 730 and did not get food until 9. I asked them to sing happy birthday to my daughter and the waitress replied we don't do that. Not 10 minutes later they sang to another child. We will not be back.
The waitress was lovely and was tipped accordingly. I specifically asked for a cheeseburger well done. The chef obviously didn't accept requests. His way or no way. The result was I received an undercooked (and even pink inside) burger. No problem, I am here on vacation with two friends from the U.K.Sadly Applebees is off the list so won't be using that chain anymore.
The food was good but the service was soooo slow and unorganized lawd they never removed any of the dishes off the table and we had a party of five had to keep asking for refill two people never got refills manager sat out at the table talking the hold time this location is nice but for as organization and team work it lacks but the guy at the bar took care of his people at the bar I think there regular he knew them by names but still we spending money to we spent most of our time looking crazy ? wishing my son could get his honey mustard for his tenders
Beer wasn't cold enough and the steaks we ordered had too much salt on them. Way over-seasoned.Service was good. Overall a disappointment.
Decent dive spot.I frequent this location for their 1/2 price apps (3‐6pm & 9-close) which are always cooked fresh. Very neighborly, friendly staff.
Shelby at the bar is one of the better bartenders I have had up and down the Eastern Seaboard. She is quick to serve and salts the napkin for the beer.The food is what you would expect for a chain place, ok to great depends on the 3 w's.
We were seated right away. Ordered a 2 for meal. These meals give you a limited but good choices for your main course and an appetizer. Both dishes were fantastic and the spinach artichoke dip was cheesy, hot, and very good. Great service means we'll be back.
We didn't realize there was an applebees right off the hwy. The one in pooler always has a long wait time. This one we was greeted right away and got a table for 7. The host ( Gab) was very nice and pleasant. Our waitress was very attentive. food was good. Will definitely return.
As an entrepreneur, I understand the value or the threat of a review. I absolutely hate leaving poor reviews, my rule of thumb is always give a good review; just pass on poor experiences. Unfortunately, I cannot pass up this experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.The waitress we had was so run off her bottom, she couldn't even keep her cool. After waiting 50 minutes, we received hard chicken, a horribly overcooked steak and broccoli that was half mush half raw.AVOID.
They say the wait will be 15 minutes and over a half hour later still waiting; manager told the people working tonight that they can't seat us and we wasn't giving a reason. We left and we won't be back. I will have gave them 0 Star but I have to give them 1
