This is by far the worst Applebee’s I have ever been to. Waiting over 30 mins for drinks … our med- rare stake came almost leather … our app combo was missing the wings and came after our dinner was over … the Mac and cut came with our cheese …. The service is HORRIBLE
We went there for a dinner on the way come from a long day. The servers was friendly and seated us immediately. There was definitely a friendly environment the day that we went there. Both of us haven't been to Applebees in a while and were pleased with the choice. The food came out fast and the server really seemed to be enjoying herself. No complaints from me. Check it out if you're in the area. They have specials at different times of the day also.
This is the 2nd time I placed an order and paid in advance and each time there's something missing from the water this time an entire $15 salad was missing and we had to wait almost an hour for the food and in on my order I also had chicken tender And there's only 5 in the Box and out of those 5 one them was nothing but a bunch of crunchy burnt batter. Both bread sticks that came with the salad are so rock hard that I can't even put my teeth through it
The service was really slow, but the food and drink was delicious ?
Went for a birthday dinner. Nothing fancy. The food was good. The dessert was great. The waitress was pleasant.
The hostess was so mumbled. We walked in and she said "you with the 8?" I had to ask several times. They were short staffed so we had to wait. Which is no problem at all. Our server (Patience) was incredibly nice and pleasant. She did well. The food was not great. My daughters steak was way over cooked. She ordered med-rare. She got a well done steak. If you go in with low expectations you'll have a good meal. The worst part about any bees is the customers. They are so abusive it's annoying to watch. I think they think they're rich because bees is a restaurant. But honestly, it's not a great achievement and you need to humble yourselves. They seem to like it because they feel good bullying the staff and acting like royalty then not tipping and justifying it because they had a lemon on the glass or whatever dumb thing they complained about. Be nice! They're servers not servants!! You are not Applebee's royalty.
Horrible experience. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Finally asked a different waitress to just let us pay for our salad and drinks. She came back saying o your food is ready. They brought us our ticket with the full check, still no food and asked if we still wanted the food AFTER we had already paid for it. Manager comes over and says I discounted your food... Ummm no you didn't, we already paid the full price and still 15 minutes later waiting on them to bring the now already paid for food. Never got a refill. please spend you money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. O and it was not busy at all... We arrived at 2:30 maybe a handful of people in the restaurant.
My wife likes Applebee's i hadn't eaten there in years, so i wasn't thrilled when she wanted to order from there but i will say i was pleasantly suprised. We ordered curbside pickup and it was on time, hot and fresh and brought to us by a friendly server. I look forward to the next time my wife is craving Applebee's.
Our server was sweet, you could tell she was new, kept apologizing, and seemed super nervous. We ordered 2 quesdilla burgers, a bacon cheeseburger and oriental chicken salad as well as the combo appetizer. The food was cold. The bread stick that came with the salad was hard as a rock also it was missing the rice noodles. The quesdilla burger tortillas were almost burnt. The bun on the cheeseburger was burned for most of the bun. The quesadilla burgers didnt have any salsa on them. The spinach Artichoke dip was not scolding hot like it has been at other locations out of state. It had been years. Probably won't be back for a while.
Was not busy. Waited 20 minutes before we were asked about our drinks. Then another 10 before they took our order. It took 42 minutes for our salads to come. Asked a couple of times to get refills on our drinks. Never came to check on us, we had to get their attention if we were lucky. I know that restaurants are needing more help and we understand that of course. My point is just that we were purposely ignored and no consideration given. I am truly sorry regarding this review because I truly love Applebee's.
