Figured I’d try this spot out since it’s a Sunday and everything else was closed. Anyways, I got a gyro meal, steak salad, and Philly steak sub.. well they didn’t give us the fries to the meal, had to ask for the drink twice (which I was actually very polite when I spoke to the people working) and on top of that the steak salad was the absolute worst salad I’ve ever had.. I think I had like two bites. My dogs didn’t even beg for the food they knew it was so bad. The girl in the front working the cash register said she was new and couldn’t answer a simple question about how the steak was, or at least ask a co worker until I asked her nicely to find out.. she came back out and said it’s beef ??‍♂️ Yeah with her hands up like that.. Hope the owner sees this because I still want my fries! I understand it’s tough finding good help now adays coming from a business owner.. but if you don’t like your job the door is right there!!!! Absolutely horrible experience!!!

We placed an online order at 345 for the wings to be ready by 515....one and a half hours! Why would you offer an online service for ordering if it has no bearing on receiving them in a timely manner. Still sitting here waiting at 545. We had even left a tip prior to pickup which seems like a waste of money now. Would never order from here again.

My wings were so hard. I’ve seen people hype them up but I’ve tried twice, same result. Just my honest opinion. Definitely overrated.

The chicken was ok.. I got the bourbon chicken.. It was not what I expected. Lost my car keys so a 24.00 order turned into 260.00. I had to get a key remade for the car and a locksmith. We were just visiting. Don't think I will come back just because of what happened to me.

I would not recommend this place inside of the Enmarket Arena. The service during the New Edition concert was horrible. Instead of taking the customer’s name, they wrote descriptions on the receipts. There was no organization. I waited for about 30 minutes for wings while people after me received their orders. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund for the third time that I received my order. The taste was just average. The next time I attend a concert, I will not be eating there.

Wings tiny, barely any meat. I’m sitting here after eating them fighting the urge to throw up. Fries were ice cold and soggy soft. First time trying this place - honestly have no idea how there are so many positive reviews.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered online which said to pick up at 8:30pm. I actually was running late and showed up at 8:56pm and they HADN'T EVEN STARTED MY WINGS YET. The room was full of annoyed customers and the workers didn't care one bit. I FINALLY RECIEVED MY ORDER AT 9:10pm and the 10 pc wings were missing 2 and also very hard and gross. I can't believe this establishment is even open. It was definitely not worth $28.00. Worst part, I tipped 20% online and there's no way to get it back. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Waited an hour for my order. Wasn’t even a big order. Strawberry lemonade tasted like straight up syrup. Fries tasted like they were cooked from a frozen bag. Nothing special. Wings were decent but not worth an hour wait. If they ever have fast service, it definitely isn’t in the later hours.

First, don't look into why it's called 520 or 5 twenty or whatever. It's the founder birthday. Kind of boring. I would say self absorbed and boring, but hey it's his restaurant so self absorbed doesn't really apply. It's not a selfless charity organization or something. Okay... our experience. My daughter got some wings. She loved the sauce. I've seen a few reviews stating how good the sauce is. But, the wings were very low quality. You ever been in a shady small town grocery store? The kind that only has parking in the same street as the dumpster. That store that always has a funky smell and everyone can tell that the clerk is half high on her mom's prescription meds. That store. You know the one I mean? Next time you're there, because the nice store on the main street is too crowded, go to the one frozen food cooler. Look on the bottom shelf. You see that bag that says "wings"? The one with bad freezer burn, under the year old box of family entree sized Salisbury streak. Is that bag of wings there? If it is, it's because the guy from 520 missed it when he came through last week. If you're in a good mood, grab it and drop it off for him. Let's see.... my wife had fish and shrimp. The breading was bland, and had a bad texture. I had chicken alfredo. Okay, I have to tell the truth. It was delicious! Hence the 2 starts instead of 1. My opinion, and final thoughts, 520 sauce on the shelf of the better grocery store, on main street, would be a hit. I'd buy it and keep some in my fridge. The sauce is wonderful, based on other reviews and my daughter's initial reaction. Maybe try that, instead of blaming current supply chain issues for poor quality wings and submitting people to poor working conditions in a cramped kitchen and your customers to poor quality.
