I visit this location on avg 3 days a week. Their salads are the bomb! Fries are great! Always love the service and never a long wait in line.
Love their chicken fingers plate and Cole slaw. I fo drive Thur. Always nice, courteous workers.
Smh. Im here as soon as it opened at 11am and they gave me an uncooked sandwich. Are you serious? Theres nobody there so how did you mess it up? Also, asked for no bacon and they put it on there anyways. Asked for no ice, got it anyways and it was an problem just asking for the sauces
Placed an inapp order which came back as ready for the next day. So in the drive thru I had to place the order all over again. No problem right? Wrong... Manager seemed to be annoyed and was in the mood to talk over me. I also was aldo attempting to use a reward which he continued to question as if I was making it up( It was clear as day in my app to see) . He then went on to tell me that I could NOT use it for what it was for. Although again CLEAR in the app...he said it could only be used on other items not the new one. Even though it stated ANY...no restrictions. He went on to yell me about it other customers,which lets be clear I didn't care about, we were talking about me. Anyway...he refunded my card. And still never filled my order with the reward. I sat waiting an finally it was discovered all he did was refund it. So we had to place it ALL over again. ...it comes time for my drink and I asked what kind of peach flavor they had. He told the cashier to tell me.The cashier proceeds to say what kind thru the glass... I said I couldn't hear him, he said with an attitude the manager asked him the flavor so that's who he was telling...( the manager who was on the speaker taking an order ) smh... So then he repeated it to me still with an attitude.Gives me the selection I wanted, and my food. My fried were cold and I asked for fresh ones. AGAIN attitude. Turns to the manager she says her fries aren't fresh aren't didn't they just make them. ....I said they are cold, my goal isn't to sit in The drive thru.. My sandwich was HOT very hot Actually, I believe they cooked the fried before the sandwich was done..viola cols fries... Anyway I handed him the box back...They returned with hit ones...I looked at them as I drove out, SAME darn Fries. they just dropped them in the grease. These fries were so greasy they were almost clear. Sooo trifling.Conclusion? Just eat at home.
I love Zaxby's. This is my favorite location in East Cobb to come to. Service is quick and the food is good.

I love the Zaxby's on Roswell Rd. It is always so clean. The Zalad was so fresh. I hate when I buy a salad and the tomatoes are over ripe. The tomatoes on my salad were fresh, sweet and good.
Food is good here. Almost always hot and fresh. Couple times my wings were not as fresh as my tenders on Wings and things. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and instead they gave us no seasoning on any the fries we received. Very upset.
