Terrible service. Ordered food online, had to wait an hour to get it and realized at home that they didn't even get the order right. They charged me for things that were not included.When I called they wouldn't give a refund only if I drove up there again with my card. Also wouldn't even deliver it and basically hung up on me while I was still talking.
The young ladies at this Wingstop were very friendly and gave great service…Very professional & the food came out in a timely matter
I haven’t tasted food less desirable than this in my life but the service is phenomenal. It’s obviously a wait for good chicken wings anyway and you can only expect so much from a chain but the guy working the register was super attentive and helpful. The wings were horrible!!!! Super gross
I arrived at Wing Stop on Roswell Rd at 940pm on 01/26/2022. Upon entering there’s a sign on the door says closing at 11pm when Google says 12. Walk in floor soaked in water from mopping no caution sign no where. Ask the young man was it to late to order because he came to the counter confused. He asked for my order. Then out of no where this female screams at him “Why didn’t you tell her it’s online order only”. Then she says you’re the manager why do I have to tell you what to say. Clearly this place needs a whole new staff. Nothing but good food with bad employees. My second time and both visits bad customer service. Throw the whole place away.
Took a bite of one wing and threw the rest out. Literally. Save your money. Big and soggy. Gross. Flavorless. Only two stars bc the ranch was good.
Walked in saw my order sitting there. He nodded when i said i have a pick up order he then proceeded to walk around then answer a phone call.. took a whole order before cashing me out. I was so confused i was in there for 3 mins before the phone rang. so before cashing out i checked my food & it was wrong. He blamed it on the person who took the order but his name was the same as the person who took my order…. anyway . He picked out 2 wings to replace i asked for fresh food and he grabbed the wings out the batter with his BARE HANDS. I just walked out . Overall appearance store was dirty and he used his shirt as a towel. DISGUSTING
Worst wing stop I’ve ever eaten at in 5 states. Garlic Parmesan Wings were soggy and missing the Parmesan. The service was prompt and efficient but didn’t redeem that undercooked and abysmal quality of the wings
Took them 2 hours to make 10 wings…the manager is horrible. She literally said “I’m a 19 year old managing 18 year olds.”
Dirty store. Lots of workers but no one seems to be working.Extremely Slow service and customer service is bad.
I have been waiting on this location to open. I stopped by from a long flight and to my surprise they had been open a week Torrid and Josè gave the best service in my whole Wingstop experience. Fresh food, the wingstop were plumped and not real small. I Definitely will be back to this location.TomeMs. Georgia All World Beauties Plus
