Wings are way too small, little baby wings, more bone than meat

I went to pick up my food there was a big roach on the wall and then one ran across to the back, I went in the evening when I saw this. I didn’t make a scene because others were getting their food, I just ended up throwing my food away and going some place else. I will never return
