This was one of my favorite places to grab wings and fries to go. Things have changed for the worse. The prices have increased…I understand the increase of prices. It’s business. However the service has decreased. Their is a lackluster attitude from many of the staff members that I’ve encountered and it is very off putting. Also, the care for the food has dropped. The wing combo orders come with fries that are place on the bottom of the container. The wings are placed on top and, apparently, the standard practice is to smash the chicken down causing the fries to be flattened. No one asked for wings and mashed potatoes. Lastly, although the prices have increased, the menus online still show the old prices. Time to update the menu and the service.
Down to earth atmosphere. Very polite servers, this is a great place to take your family or spouse for a quick bite to eat. I even seen Vince Carter (NBA). We have to let them enjoy themselves when we see them out.
Wasn't expecting much, just a tasty meal and a good brew - but for the first time I decided to comment on the exceptionally pleasant service as well as the good food and beverage. The server Charlie was a good energy guy and it make an otherwise non-event - a quite nice experience. All servers could learn from Charlie. RRobin
This review is bittersweet but it is what it is. I met this place in 2018. I’ve never eaten at another wing spot since 2018. I introduced this place to many friends and relatives. They all agreed that the wings just hit different here. Anyways; the bitter part is that the prices have increased and the the quality has decreased. With this being shared I will have to move forward and try to find a new favorite wing spot. I don’t want this review to discourage others wanting to check this place out because this place is rememberable when it was in its prime— I guess. But the portions have shrunk and the prices are too high for what I’ve received the past four times in a row within six months. I understand a bad day but this has been a constant and from the look at other reviews my theory isn’t too far from the truth. I don’t live close to this restaurant but the sunk costs aren’t worth it anymore. I am not sure why everything is the way that is there but this place will be missed. I have to put me first.
You can pretty much sum up the staff's attitude with "yikes." No pride in their work and the communication skills of an apathetic teenager. I'd honestly be embarrassed if I was the manager that hired some of the staff at this restaurant... but I guess with so many restaurants struggling to keep staff, they have to take what they can get.
Wings and any of the wraps are great. Chips and queso and fish tacos are stellar. Good selection of beers.
Okay, so I was extremely excited to see their menu and their different flavors for wings. So I called and place a Togo order for the 10 piece combo “Buffalo Ranch” (wings and fries only) my total came to about 15 and change (receipt below). So to my amazement when I arrived home … not only did they only give me drums ? (no flats in sight) but a small portion of fries that resembles a kids meals . The flavor tastes a little off .. I could not quite put my finger on it but I wouldn’t recommend. As a paying customer I felt bamboozled ? honestly don’t see me returning.
Was a little underwhelmed. The boneless wings and fries needed to be cooked more. The lemon pepper sauce didn't have much flavor. It wasn't an awful meal, I'd probably round up to a 4.
Been going to this location for many years and I think yesterday was my last time. For the last 3 or 4 times I've ordered food from this sandy springs location they have messed my the order. Whoever is supposed to be checking orders before the food goes out has not been doing that. My husband orders a certain type of wings and we never get what we order or no wings at all. My chicken tenders are always over fried, the fries taste like old grease. After my food arrives at my home its too late. I call to let someone know and they don't care. The girl I spoke to last night says "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". At this point I'm livid because we just spent all this money on all this food to find out my husband didn't even get his food. They gave us 2 orders of over fried chicken tenders and nasty fries. Apparently the employees do whatever they want, send out whatever is there. Over it. You never know what your gonna get at this location. Too much money for what you end up with.
Best wings by far and I enjoyed seeing the robotic server they have implemented! One of my favorite wing spots by far. Always good food and drinks
