all the employees were nice but the mod (at 8:24pm on july 6th) was yelling across the room saying i couldn’t come in to use the bathroom after i was let in. I get that the diner wasn’t open and would have been fine leaving but there was no reason for that lady to yell like that. the person at the register also waited for her permission before giving us her name and said her name was caroline but i doubt it. she was super unprofessional and didn’t even look at us or want to talk to us when we were at the window.

Drive through overcharged me and when I brought the issue to their attention a lady who did not have on a Wendy’s uniform ( wrinkle T-shirt)looking like she just got out of bed with her hair not in a bundle or nothing covering her hair falling in customer food started shouting, spitting, being loud, unprofessional trying to be intimidating to me and her co workers. I asked for her name because she did not have on a name tag she refused to give me her name and had everyone else afraid to give her name. Wendy’s should not allow staff to talk unprofessional spitting in customers food and cheating customers out of money.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I went about a hour before closing. There was no one in line, the food was extremely fresh and hot and the customer service was great.

Did I walk in the Drive Thru and order my food in the window without a car?… Of course I did. Breakfast was pretty good too

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes, moved 1 spot. There was no one in the lobby so I parked and walked in. They don’t accept cash and insist I touch the dirty kiosk to order my food. I frequent Wendy’s 2 to 3 times per week, will never visit this location again…

I went to the Wendy’s at the perimeter Center location there is a sign on the door says that the dining room closes at eight I got there at six the doors was locked I went in as a customer was coming out the manager then asked me very rudely “How did you get in here?” I said he shouldn’t matter how I got in here because the sign says that the dining room is open til 8 it’s only 6p and she says well ithe dining room was closed because we’re under staffed and if you want an order food then you need to fill out an application…we’re short of help and you shouldn’t be in here. iIt was the rudest I have EVER experienced I’ve ever had in my whole in life of an establishment and I have been a patron to! Quick for lunch. Sometimes only drive thru is opened. Fast drive thru. Sometimes they put cheese in my hamburger when i ALWAYS tell them NO CHEESE on my hamburger. Which i understand cause Wendys only has CHEESE BURGERS.

Good, simple food. Awful drive-thru wait. Took a solid 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru during our last visit. The food was fresh, but the staff looked exhausted and there just wasn't enough staff to handle the customer flow. Note for management: you need more staff at this location.

At around 3pm on 3/14/21, placed an order through one of the worst automated kiosks I've ever used. It took me 5 minutes to complete an order that would take 1 minute at any other "fast food" restaurant. One would think the inefficiency on the front end would lead to more efficiency on the back end. That was not the case. My order was received incomplete and incorrect. I'm not even going back for my missing items because the traffic is terrible in that area.

Absolutely one of the slowest Wendy's. There is a Wendy's in Smyrna that's just as slow. Must be owned by the same individual. Took 30 min in drive thru to order the food.
