Chentay,Was wonderful, her service was awesome and fast. Even when a customer came at her sideways she was able to maintain professionalism when I might not have been able too. Well done Chentay!!! That lady needed to watch her own children and the situation could have been avoided.
Awful Awful AwfulWe are going to wafe house almost every SundayWe just left this location after 15 min , seating and totally ignored!!!Location wasn't even busy 9 stuff member on the kitchen and 2 doing nothing , we politely ask if someone can take our order and we been ask to wait and wait .Never going back to this locationJust take the order and stop standing in the kitchen and do nothing !!!Bad bad customer service!!!
No one answered the phone to tell us they were closed. When we arrived they turned us away by telling us they where understaffed despite no one being in the restaurant and there being plenty of staff. I wouldn't be so upset if 1 of the 3 people could just answer the phone to tell us they aren't open. Also this wasn't 5he only waffle house. Why claim you are 24 hours if most a waffle houses are closed after midnight.
The location is perfect. They should be the standard. They are very friendly and courteous. It gives the vibe of southern family. They work well together and radiate good energy. I’m still learning names but to mention 2 that most recently impressed me was Sam and Derrick. Waffle House take care of your people because you have great staff here. Bless you for the All-Star going strong and turn air down smidge…
This location will not pick up the phone for pickup orders even when there are no tables inside filled this is the third day in a row I have attempted to place a pick up order and the first two I have showed up and placed it in person with no one inside when I got there today I have just drove onto work after pulling up and they are just having a conversation behind the counter ignoring there phone
this waffle house has good reviews, but today I saw a worker splash water on someone that was eating didn't say I'm sorry. Didn't offer to replace the food just walked off. I had take out there yesterday better crew a little attitude but not like this. rude to waitress. gave it 3 stars for the waitress. I have had a waitress job before can be hard at times.
Waffle house is typically amazing when in need of a breakfast quickly. But today was not that day. I called in an order for scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon and what we received was very disappointing. My eggs were fine but the bacon was burnt and gross. Yes well done bacon can be ok but this was beyond crispy. It was not just an accident on one order because we ordered two of the same thing. Both the same and burnt. Of course my order was to go so I did not realize that my breakfast was not good till we got to open our food. I was starving and was very disappointed. This is not the only misshap that I have had at this location. The last time I called in an order, went to pick it up and I waited for an hour to get my order. People came in the restaurant, were seated, placed and order and were able to get there food and leave and I was still waiting for my called in order. I checked on it many times and was told they are working on it. I really love waffle house but the recent visits with this location have not been so pleasant.
Yummy ??? waffles. I had two varieties of waffle. Waffle with peanut and waffle with chocolate chips (I am biased towards waffle with chocolate chip because it won my heart). Whipped cream and amazing syrup on top of the waffle made me smile from my eyes. ☺️
They are never open for dine in, what’s the point of Waffle House without dine in! Also the morning staff was not personable at all, to the point of being rude. Without a doubt the worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had
