Klarke was our waitress during the Friday lunch time rush and she was awesome! I have a complicated order that most rarely get correct, and SHE DID, I didn't have to ask for anything additional, she was attentive and we enjoyed our experience overall because of her! I had to leave a note because poor customer service has been an issue for us lately and I had to share this experience - I, of course, let the manager om duty know as well!

I work nights, and I was looking for a place that delivers, thankfully I found this location. Their food is tasty. I have a habit of getting the same thing; I ordered their steak quesadilla and Asian chicken wings, it taste so good. I’m ordering from them tonight again. The only thing I wish is that they had bottle drinks and not just the cups. Go here you won’t regret it.

Worst service ever. Food took forever to come out, drinks also took forever to come out. Drinks were terrible. Waitress with the pink and black hair had a terrible attitude. Looked at me like I was crazy whenever I expressed to her (in a very nice way) that I wasn’t happy with something. Terrible. Never again. I am very disappointed.

The Roswell Taco Mac has got to be the WORST customer service! This has been 3rd time of us going here. We decided to give it another try tonight and once again horrible. There’s people waiting to be seated all the time with no one up front (Host) to seat customers. When you order food online and go to pick it up , it’s been sitting at the window waiting by the time we get it our food is cold. We live 2 min up the street, off Glenridge.Like this is the 2nd time our food was cold. And we ordered original wings ( NOT BONELESS ) we now are forced to eat Boneless. The place closes at 1.We are starving and not going back up there to reorder what they should have gotten right the first time ! I don’t understand why this place gets orders wrong or takes forever to get seated (Dining) when it’s not even packed. We will not be ordering here anymore.

Quite a disappointing experience all around - we've been coming to Taco Mac's for years. Dining room service has continually declined, and today was at an all time low. Our poor waiter was so poorly trained he didn't realize, and stood by, the fact that lemon pepper and hot sauces could simply not be mixed on wings. Understandably, lots of places have staff shortages, so we get it. Figured that when the manager did his/her mandatory table touch we could get it rectified. Guess who only came out of the kitchen once in an hour and a half during Friday night dinner rush and touched ZERO tables? Unfortunately, another franchise has lost sight of the original vision and spiraling. We will be scratching this one from our rotation.

Drinks came out fast. We ordered food and waited for 40 minutes. Then they told us that they can't make our food because the chef was not there. They said that we only can order fried food. We asked for chicken wings. They didn't offer us a dessert on a house or a round of drinks for our inconvenience. So we decided to complain.

I always have a blast at Taco Mac. They have a great food and I love the atmosphere. Love LOVE LOVE the wings and salads!

Submitted an online order and was told it’d be ready at 10:16. I show up at 10:13 and they tell me it’s not ready - no big deal. I proceed to wait for over 20 minutes until they finally bring me my order. Again, not making a big deal of it - I know things happen. Finally get home to eat my sandwich and discover it’s filled with blue cheese despite specifically requesting it be left out - again, stuff happens. Finally call the restaurant to see if I can at least get a refund because my sandwich is inedible, and am told the best they can do is 50% off…Super dissatisfied (and hungry…) and will not be coming back. The least that could be done after multiple mess ups would be to not force me to pay for the mistakes, a 50% apology doesn’t fly with me.

A+ location. Saturday night hang out spot. Bartenders have always been on the spot with drinks and food even when super busy. Stephan the kitchen manager is the epitome of customer service. Saying hello to guests and asking about their experience. Always willing to go out of their way to take care of patrons.

Love love love this location!!!! Rachel the bartender is always amazing and so sweet! I recommend this location to all of my friends and out of state friends when they come in to town.
