The staff here is super nice and friendly however they charge almost a full DOLLAR more than other taco bells in the area for their food items. This is greedy behavior and I won't be back. The parking lot also really gross
This place has gone straight to the dumps - the rare occasions it is actually open the food is terrible, never correct, and never bagged completely something is always missing. This most recent visit I ordered on the app got to the store at 8pm and the guy at the drive thru just screamed “we are closed” over and over at me while I tried to explain I made an app order. I couldn’t even contact support through their app or cancel the order I kept getting an error and couldn’t hit submit. The was the last straw for taco bell - It is never worth it and the prices of their food have skyrocketed anyways. Good riddance.
I have always had a great experience at this location! Myself and my roommates are often doing very large orders with many different components but they rarely make mistakes. The workers at night have also been polite to us. I do wish they would more often have the specialty items (such as the Mexican pizza) so that I could use my rewards from the app more easily. But all in all we throw a lot of curveballs at them and they have done great!
Waited in line for 40 minutes at 9:16 because the staff started taking and filling one order at a time. So if a customer is at the drive through, they will ask that customer to hold & will not even attempt to take a new order until the previous customer has received their food and driven away. Only after the previous customer has driven away will they come back to take another order. This location in particular will do anything to do the least amount of work possible at night. There were at least three people working & they have no interest in making sure that the establishment is making money they feel as if they’ll get paid regardless so they regularly stall the line & claim to run out of items every time I come. This place could be so much better if you just pay your staff enough money to GAF about their job. Your staff hate it here & it shows!
Never answer the phone. Only accept cash after a certain time. Say they “don’t have” something after a certain time, just say you turned the grease off or you don’t have shells for something. Need better management ASAP
I placed a mobile order for 2 Quesaritos and one steak white hot ranch burrito, came out to just over $10. Simple enough, then proceeded to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, then received my order. The line was still wrapped around when I left. When I got home, to my horror there were three bean burritos instead. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s not that hard to read a mobile order and prepare the right food. The owners must not know what they’re doing in managing this place.
Half of the times I’ve went to this location they are either not taking card payments or just straight up aren’t taking orders. This is not just a late night issue as I was just turned away at 4pm on a Saturday. I get that systems go down and staff shortages are everywhere but when this is the only fast food place that I’ve been to where this happens, there’s an issue. It’s only made worse by the really slow wait times and the staff never sounding even remotely interested in what they’re doing. I never write reviews for anywhere but this is one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve been to and I pretty much have to go to the one that’s much further away from my house since I’m tired of coming here and being told I can’t order.
I heard that the Mexican pizza is supposed to be coming back. They didn't have it yet but I still wasn't disappointed. The chalupa was great and the hard shell taco Supremes were nice and crunchy. Stop by this place if you're in the area.
The day shift staff is excellent. The night shift staff regularly turns off all the lights to make it look like they're closed, then lies about being out of everything except 1 or 2 items (like beans and rice). If you don't want to work, fine. Go home. If you clock in and then refuse to work, that's Time Card theft. This has been going on for the 2 years I've lived around the corner. I know they are losing money from these lazy night shift workers. Just close at night and fire them all. It will have the same effect but they'll probably save some money. In case anyone checks reviews and tries to find out who was on the schedule, it was at 8:55pm on 3/29/2022.
It is absolutely ridiculous the price of these tacos vs the amount of meat your getting I’m in food service and there is no way I would have let my customer leave with something like this it’s not even a teaspoon
