The worse wait time ever! I try to get a smoothie every morning before work and they have me super late. Either their workers don’t show up for their shift or they are just slow opening the store. It’s a huge inconvenience
Justice, the manager, is pretty rude and not very helpful. Refused to honor a Smoothie King coupon. Every single employee had AirPods in and weren’t very attentive at all. It shows that customers are the least of their concerns which will definitely lead in the decline of their sales based on the other reviews. With the rising recession, I would help at the very least they could show some customer service…
This is a great location for me personally! Close to my gym, so it’s a perfect ‘pick me up’ after sweating a ton from a difficult workout!I go to this location a lot and there has only been two smoothies that were not the best; however, anytime either of the twin brothers (I will not call out their names, but anyone reading this most likely knows them, especially their Manager) make a smoothie, it is top-notch!These guys should teach anyone else working there. They always make them the right flavor for what you request as a Customer, and they are smoothies, not water or so thick you cannot drink them. Give these two a franchise!
I have been going to this Smoothe King every couple of days since it is near the gym I go to and the location is on the way home for me. This location was temporarily closed for a while as it went a remodeling I think the store has only been reopened for about a month. I go several times a week to this location and as a result I have acquired reward coupons for $2 dollars off a purchase. This evening I purchased a smoothie and wanted to use my coupon and I was charged $2 dollars more for my normal smoothie price. I also pointed out that that the price they were charging me was not the price on their menu the employee told me that they recently increased their prices. How convenient lol. I told him I was charged the correct menu price YESTERDAY when I came in and did not use a coupon. The employee even appears confused about this. Another employee came over and told the employee that was assisting me that the Manager said they have to charge what the price is and that the price is the price. This seems dishonest to me and it looks like they have configured their system to not honor rewards coupons at this location. You just reopened a month ago and you are allegedly increasing your prices and do not tell customers your brand new menu doesn’t have the correct prices. This is very deceiving. I been at this location 7 times in two weeks. I will not return as their are other options in the area that don’t appear to be as shady as this location
The one star reviews made me hesistant to visit but I had a pleasant experience here Apr 2022. The smoothie was made quickly and taste great as well.
Came in today and and ordered 5 veggie smoothies all where made well overall I had a great experience definitely will be returning.
New management changed hours and was extremely rude about it. I’ve been coming to this location for years but I won’t be back. A good rule of thumb is to be mindful of food establishments that are rude to your face, as it can reflect on what goes on behind the counter.
Got a smoothie at a different location and tried to exchange it… but I guess smoothie doesn’t honor a franchise code of conduct cause they flat out denied me… Didn’t expect to have to throw money in the trash just because their product didn’t taste good.
Say no to this smoothie king! You’ll thank me later! They don’t care and it shows. Does the store even have a manager??!!! No, and none of the associates seem to have any ideas when they manager ( who manages the store) will be in… Justice the employee has the worst attitude and customer service! Do better smoothie king!
I hate this smoothie king! The manager is never there, the employees don’t care to do their job efficiently because of lack of management. I’ve had several bad encounters with this location (never coming back) Justice the store associate is rude and disrespectful! He not only can’t read but lacks focus. He clearly doesn’t need this job. His lack of customer service, and nonchalant attitude need to be addressed! My smoothie is constantly made wrong, and I have to keep returning to the store in order to get it fixed. If I preorder online there is no excuse why my smoothie shouldn’t be made! Oh yeah don’t order online because they don’t refund your money if the order is wrong or not ready when you arrive ( hints why else would you put in an online order) ??
