Honey, it was the hot, fresh chicken for me! I got the medium because I’m a wimp when it comes to hot food so I can’t take much. The medium had just the right amount of heat and because it was super hot (right out the grease) it added to the heat a bit but I was able to distinguish the two.I got the sandwich as it’s known for, with the coleslaw, pickles, and sauce. I’m glad the chicken was so big that I was able to taste the part sticking out of the bread before tasting it all mixed together. I feel as if the coleslaw was too much. You lose some of the flavor of the chicken. The chicken is just right… hot, crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, flavorful. The French fries were also hot and fresh, seasoned very well. However, my personal opinion is that the flavor of the fries didn’t mix well with the sandwich as a whole.Everything is cooked to order so prepare to wait about 5-10 minutes or so for fresh food. There was only one person ahead of me so it wasn’t terrible. The only other thing is the price. I paid $14.45 for the chicken sandwich, fries, and tea. That’s a pretty hefty price for lunch. I always think that if I pay that much, I need to be sitting in somewhere. All in all, it was good. If I’m on that side of town, I would probably swing by again but I wouldn’t make a special trip.
I’ve never been disappointed with this place. The sandwich is a great deal, the fries are crispy and well-seasoned, and you can choose your own spice level. The sandwich still holds up when you reheat it, so it’s also a great takeout/delivery option.
What a waste of money. Ordered while at Fire Maker brewery. Had to walk down. To pick up.Ordered three sandwiches two extra hot and one reaper yhey all were same taste not hot at all.I don't like to review restaurants with 0 ratings as they struggle these days but they should not give out nasty food. I've all ended up throwing sandwiches. As you can see there is not eve sauce on the chicken.
Major chicken san. The sandwich is undoubtedly large in size & quite filling. If you like spicy just get the hot sandwich. Got the reaper first time trying & it did not disappoint either but its a very potent heat, the slaw didn't disappoint on the reaper. Their fries are ok but not amazing & it was super easy to order, would try again
Great chicken sandwich. I added the mild sauce to my sandwich and it was great, not too spicy but a nice kickFries were solid too
Ordering is super easy for anyone. I tried the Reaper and it was definitely very spicy. Their French fries are well seasoned and all the food was hot and fresh. Great first experience but even for me (Mexican here?) I will try Hot next time instead of the Reaper I could NOT ?
Wow! We love Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and this place really gets it! I love that it’s fried chicken but trying to be healthy with no antibiotic and locally sourced. Order online and then eat outside on the picnic tables. It’s not quick because all is cooked fresh. Worth the wait.
Had the reaper hot chicken sandwich on a weekday right before lunch. The sandwich was delicious and hot in both temperature and spice level. The coating was crispy despite the hot oil dip and was really enjoyable. I would definitely go back there again. Very tasty
Probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Got a medium, as my grandma ordered it for my dad and it was too hot for him, and it was just spicy enough for me to register it was spicy. Probably getting a reaper next time, because I'm definitely going back. Absolutely phenomenal, I wish I could give it ten stars. I will be going back again and again. Cannot stress enough how great this was.
Visited today and really enjoyed our experience. There were hardly any other folks eating while we were there because it was between lunch and dinner rush. The ordering process at the kiosk is very easy. We ordered a medium and a spicy sandwich combos with fries, both of which had tons of food for the price. Their soda selection is also interesting!
