The red velvet cake is delicious!! Omg...the icing on this cake is beyond incredible along with the moist, very favorable cake. It is a must order item when visiting Scotchies. Tell Kevin, Chris Brown sent you.
Ann was very pleasant and offered great service. Quick turn around time to get my freshly prepared escovitch fish. Got home and it tasted even better than anticipated. Truly authentic Jamaican cooking. Definitely recommend!
Hands-down one of the best Jamaican restaurants that I’ve had in a long time the jerk chicken was very different from any restaurant and the owner who is also the chef has excellent customer service and let me tell you that lemonade is delicious the jerk chicken off the chain. If you want a place to go to that is not like any place else go here! And my small food size was just a sample of what’s on the menu just to kind of get a taste of what it was ? like
I highly recommend the brown stew chicken . It was the best thing I’ve had in a while. The oxtail is superb and there is plenty of food for more than two people. Love the food come if you haven’t already!

The BEST Jamaican food in Georgia hands down!!! Kevin the owner is so personable and gave us so many samples. His rendition of Mac n cheese was so flavorful! The Islandade aka Lemonade was refreshing and delicious!! We had Oxtail and Brown Stew Snapper! Will back soon!!
Since the pandemic, I have been working from home. Everytime I come in the office, I make sure to frequent Scotchies. I’ve had the brown stew chicken, garlic shrimp, brown stew fish, and shrimp and grits and they are all delicious. Make sure you get the lemonade. You won’t be disappointed.
If you’re looking for some AUTHENTIC Jamaican food! This is the spot!!! Kevin the owner KNOWS what he’s doing in the kitchen, I thought I was in Mo Bay once I took a bite of the Jerk Chicken!! I ordered the oxtail which was packed to the brim of perfectly seasoned Oxtails, cabbage, rice & peas with plaintains.. & You have to order the Islandade that seals the deal!!! You cantell that the ingredients used are fresh, the food is hot andwell packaged.I've tried places like Chef Robs and Tasty Spoon and theyare no match to the taste, service and quality of the food.You definitely gets your monies worth .. the portions arehuge!The owner Kevin is the best !!
Man man man! This place is my #1 spot for the best Caribbean food in the city! Im a very picky eater, and big on well cooked food. When I tell everything about my curry chicken w/ rice and peas and cabbage was to perfection! Fresh, hot, seasoned well. The gentleman even let me taste test their grits and rotisserie chicken, and I was sold just off the spoonful! 10+ stars if I could!
