The food was so fresh! The service was good too.
Driving by decided to stop for lunch...what a disappointment. Food was very very average with little flavor if I used the entire bottle of sauce on my pulled pork sandwich. Coleslaw from a bag as well as the deep fried okra. No corn muffin on the plate or a few fried pickles...if they wantto sell some from the menu. Nice young lady behind the register. One step up from Arby's I think...sorry to say!
The bbq pulled pork was fantastic, used it for loaded bakes potato skins and it really made the dish. Smokey flavor, great bbq sauce and good prices too.
Hoping our first and only experience was not the norm but cold BBQ and Texas 'toast' that was not even toasted. Sad considering there was no one else inside. Will most definitely NOT ever be going back
Food was great! I did feel pressured to the suggested tip amount- I just picked up an order and the tip they suggested was above and beyond what I should be expected to tip for handing me my order after I called the order in. I feel taken advantage of… ?
Good food. Good service. Sweet tea is great; they just need larger cups. Brisket was good, and the okra was perfect. A little pricey. $42 for 2 people.
I love that they have chopped lean chicken breast !!! This is one of my happy places.
