Overall, excellent food and awesome staff! Came with friends for a quick dinner before returning to work. Quality was pretty awesome, especially the custom pizza that an employee recommended (Caesar pizza... Absolutely amazing). The only negative I had was the crust: it was light, fluffy, and just firm enough, but it lacked a good bit of flavor. It definitely needs salt added to the dough.
I went to MOD Pizza 2 days ago. It was a awful experience. The restaurant was not clean at all. Tables had not been wipe off. I got my own napkins and cleaned it off. The glass surrounding the the ordering area needed to be cleaned it had finger prints all over it.When I walked in it was not that busy and there was plenty of employees standing behind the counter, and most of the employees were just socializing and not paying attention to the guests in line. When I was finally asked what I wanted to order the person was not even paying attention to what I was ordering instead talking on and off to the employee next to him.The food area had a lot of containers that needed to be filled. It was hard to really determine what your options were. This location needs to be cleaned and managed so you can go in there and feel the pizza you are eating is prepared and served to customers in a professional and safe way.
This MOD is now closer to me. The same level of service and quality of food as the Buford location.Employees here are very jovial and appreciated the conversation.Pizza was cooked well and ingredients were tasteful.
We walked in at 8;45 pm to order pizzas to go and the wait staff seemed upset about itMy bf ended up not ordering because of the nasty attitude one of your girls had she seemed to be the team lead she had an AirPod in one ear and was at the register she was short tan skin and brown hair. She was giving me nasty looks I almost said something but I just felt bad for her she needs to live with herself.Won’t be going back to your establishment
I discovered this awesome restaurant that the consumer builds their own pizza. What a genius concept! At the Sandy Springs location Trisha assisted me and was such a doll! She should get a raise or promotion for her helpfulness and sweetness!
The staff is always super nice and quick here. Getting vegan pizza is always expensive at a lot of places, but I don’t feel penalized here. You don’t get charged for the vegan cheese or sausage and you can get as many toppings as you want.
It was my first time there and service was quick. I had cauliflower crust cheese pizza with a salad and thought both tasted great.
Excellent pizza spot! A nice relaxed environment, great for a quick bite. Delicious pizza! You can build a pizza to your liking. You start off by choosing your sauce and cheese and then add on your fresh ingredients like onions, sausage, and vegetables. You can watch your pizza get cooked in their fire oven. Pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes! Friendly staff! Highly recommend!

online ordering sucks, wasn’t able to get my finishing sauce on the side and of course it wasn’t an option or a place to leave a note. now i gotta soggy nasty pizza, won’t be recommending mods again, highly disappointed
