Terrible service. Ordered through the app and all I was getting was 2 bacon McDoubles. For some reason my order number disappeared and they didn’t have record of my order. I showed them I was set to their location and that I received points for the purchase . The manager said all she can do is cover one of them. Which is literally what I paid since I used the daily deal for the extra one for 29 cents. Just take care of the customer !!!
Yesterday (6/14/22) i ordered an egg and cheese mcgriddle, not only did they make me wait 20 minutes for my food, they gave me a chicken Mcgriddle which isnt even a menu item. Then today (6/15/22) i gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another egg and cheese mcgriddle only for them to give me a receipt that said "2 McGriddle American Cheese Only." I only received 1 Mcgriddle and it only had cheese. I went inside to have them change my order which they gave me the correct item but they did not give me my receipt back.
I really enjoyed the updated ambiance of this location. It was very clean, organized and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Definitely, will become my fave spot to drop in for a quick meal!
Great service. And I always get the fish combo with a coke. Yummy! And the drive thru was fast. Considering all the cars in front of me. Happy customer ?
Worst experience of my life. Ordered takeout via the McDonald’s app at 9:45 pm and was denied service in the store and forced to walk through the drive thru on foot. I wish I could give this location a negative 5 stars.
I was very pleased with the front end The cashier was very Polite & Professional My order was well prepared Your kitchen crew had on Gloves I observed the store The Lobby was cleaned. I saw Your Wall Score was 100%. I Would Not mind coming back.????
This McDonald’s always gets my order right, the service is always quick even if there’s a line. Sometimes when I pull up and don’t say anything my order doesn’t get taken for a while, so I’ve taken to saying hey or just having my radio on when I come in so they can hear someone’s there. That’s only happened about half the time, so I can’t complain too much cause my order is taken quickly, and the fries are fresh. Will definitely keep coming back to this location!
Not running drive thru efficiently. Left then right and then repeat.. three cars was processed and we was ignored til we yelled for them to acknowledge us. A gentleman said someone will be with us then proceeded to get someone else. 4 plus cars left the right lane while the left was catered to. The line was to the street. We left and went to Dunwoody place. Unprofessional behavior.
Food was fresh and the black girl that served me was very polite and kind with a huge smile. Now, that’s customer service at it’s best. ?
Easily the slowest drive through in Atlanta. I don't know what the people inside are doing but they're not making food. I can't believe they have the audacity to call this fast food. Another one to avoid
