service just ok at best plus there drink Station is always out as well so a 3 star place in sandy Springs
If I can give the 0 stars, I would. This is the worst McDonald's north of Atlanta. Possibly worst than all of them, but I haven't been to them all. I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes to get my order taken. Absolutely ridiculous! And if you say something to staff about it they are rude and close the window on you. They can take your money but not treat you with common courtesy. Shut this place down, quick!
The quality of the drinks is terrible. The other day I went there and I ordered a macchiato and after I got it and I took one sip of it I just tasted straight coffee beans and not a single hint of sweetness and that is surprising because macchiato's are supposed to be sweet not too sweet to the point it's overwhelming but just right but this macchiato had none of that. I thought about taking it back but I realized it was too late to turn back around since I already drunk out of it. The only thing I liked was the person who served me because of friendly they where to me.
This place is consistently horrible. I am always missing items in my order and the wait is very long. Even when they’re not busy, they somehow mess up the orders and take a long time. Fries are stale, employees have a nasty attitude and the order is always missing something. Last time, we waited 30 minutes for a small breakfast order and when we got home, the order was completely wrong. Our items didn’t have egg or cheese in it?! So our breakfast sandwiches literally was just biscuit and sausage and McGriddle with only sausage. I would understand if there was a huge line and they were busy, but it was just us and another car.
Third time I've gone over there and waited in line for over 15 minutes without anyone even letting me know they're there. The first time was breakfast which made me late for work... this is the absolute slowest McDonalds I have ever seen hands down. Called their phone 12 times. Got forwarded to voice-mail on most of them. Finally just left tonight and went to another location 10 minutes up the road. What terrible workers must be in there to let a line form around the building and not say anything at all. Fired. Immediately.

This is one of the worst locations. To be fair it is in a busy part of town, but even the other busier location I visit is way better than this. Last time I came here My big mac didnt even have all the toppings on it, and this time after waiting almost 30 minutes for my mobile order, even though probably 10 other cars went in the drive through, I didnt even get the right food lol and had to go back in for the rest. I understand its busy and mistakes happen, but Its just frustrating as hell when you have to pay for something you dont even want.
Everytime, I come to this location it takes forever to get your food in the drive through. It's ridiculous. I've been to other McDonald's locations with long lines but they still move fast considering. Right down the street is a Chick-Fil-A with long lines as well but they still find a way to keep the line moving fast. They really need to get it together. Do better.
Food was cold, thrown together, unappealing, and incorrect. I asked for 2 Big Macs and got 2 Quarter Pounders. I did get 2 frozen cokes which I did order. Almost always a long wait at this McDonalds, as it was today. I just don't know what else to say about this location. I live just across the street and I rarely go here.
Horrible experience today! It's normal for poor customer service here but today was the worst! Drive thru was NOT moving. Several cars left. I pulled away and went in. No one at front counter. The woman who took my order didn't speak English well and charged me DOUBLE for a combo meal. And when the mgr attempted to come and "fix" it, she told her I wanted bacon! NO. Bacon was never mentioned. It was horrible service!! Food was ok. Drink machine was out of most options and the one that DID have a small selection had no ice. Beware. Go somewhere else!!
