I called to order a pizza and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I didn't hear any greeting when they answered the phone and my daughter was crying in my lap, all I heard was "you're gonna have to get that baby to stop crying"I hung up immediately and will never make a purchase with this store.

Bad experience. I ordered my pizza and it didn't come after 3 hours. Pizza came cold, with a lot of sauce, and overall disgusting. I had to pay for it. The manager didn't help at all with this situation. Never ordering from here again.

Terrible service. Whoever the heavy set Hispanic chick with the multi-color hair is at the front, she needs to find another gig where she isn’t dealing with people because it is obvious that isn’t her strong suite. She was rude and confrontational. She threw my pizza after I asked for it. She antagonistic, but totally not worth the energy. And her behavior showed that she knows she is a demeaning individual. I would advise you to go to another location instead of dealing with her.

This Marco's pizza store is by far the worst! The reason being is they stole $28.97 ($ 5 tip included). I ordered pizzas from them on a Saturday night while I was working! Remind you, I work at one of the local hospitals on the nightshift! The food options are limited! I ordered from these thieves, and no one delivered my pizza! I contacted corporate, tweeted , and emailed Marco's Pizza, and I still haven't heard back from them! This occurred back in December, and it's approaching February! I love Marco's Pizza, but the way they've handled the situation has turneded me against them! You've lost a loyal customer!

I've ordered about 4 times from this location (for delivery) and every time the pizzas are perfect and the drivers are super friendly. The pizzas are always cooked well and have a pretty good distribution of toppings.

They don’t use gloves here which is disgusting; especially during a pandemic. Customer service is also horrible. No one greets you.

I placed a delivery order. They took my money but never delivered my food. Not what I needed at the end of a long day.Called today seeking a refund. The manager Qoun said he couldn’t give me a refund because that was yesterday? I’m wondering now if defrauding customers with late night delivery orders is standard practice for them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They don’t even look at their orders from delivery services. It smells like wet dog and feet inside, they employees don’t even wear gloves to make your food. No hair net, no mask!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!

I put in an order and it was charged and then when I called when the manager spoke to me they told me that all they could do was refund me and they wouldn't put my order back in nor would they even offer an exchange of some sort perhaps a pizza after I've been waiting for more than an hour.

Terrible service and accountability. Did not receive what I ordered on May 15th. Driver advised was a manager and would credit my account. The first person I spoked to on the phone advised that they do deliver to my area and even acknowledged my account based off my phone. I asked about the credit, and he informed me that he would need to put on a manager. Orlando gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that not only does he not see my account with my phone number, they don't deliver to my area and can't find a record of my recent order. I asked to speak to someone higher than him, and he informed me that he owns the store and that I wouldn't be serviced by them.
