Food was mediocre at best. Looks like it was made in a hurry but instructions were not followed well.First photo was the 6 ounce sirloin that was supposed to be served medium rare. It was heavily over cooked. However they did correct the issue when it was brought up.Second photo was a kids burger that was undercooked when asked to be cooked medium well.Third photo was supposed to be a a prime rib sandwich but looked more like a pork chop rather than the mother of all cuts of steak in a sandwich.Food was Okay at best is all I can say. Not sure I would recommend. We had a table of 7 and all were dissatisfied with our food.
The food was good but service is extremely slow. I have ordered online for a curbside pickup twice now and both times the food was not ready for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I understand that they may be busy, but if I order an hour in advance I don't feel like I should also have to wait another 20 minutes outside.
It was an OK experience... not the best but the waitress was trying. They seemed understaffed and our steak was burnt, meanwhile we ordered medium well. The waitress asked us how it was and we informed her so she got the manager who came over and took care of it. The service was good. I would give them another try on a different day. We went on a Sunday afternoon.
Best salad I’ve had from any Longhorn restaurant I’ve eaten at. The fruit and lettuce were fresh. The dressing was mouth watering.
Seating area was only half open due to staffing shortages. Only had about a 10 minute wait. Once seated, the food was good. Our server Agatha was very attentive despite being stretched thin. My sirloin was excellent.
Normally I rate LongHorn pretty high but at this location I experienced something different that left me feeling a certain kind of way. I ordered the Lamb chops and they came out burned..after 2 Lamb chops I couldn't eat no more so we called for our waitress, she called for the Manager. Manager arrived, we explained and the expression in his face was like we were asking for something free. I just wanted my meal corrected so I can eat..lol anyways our waitress was great so we tuck good care of her $$.
Togo dinner… This was my steak and my fiancés steak. Both were supposed to be medium. We got raw and well done… they forgot our sides. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Happy Friday everyone as you know I picked the lunch happy hour it's kind of feeling myself I've been working a little hard so I took a break for lunch and it was delish guys I had to salmon with the wild rice mashed potatoes and asparagus too drizzling it all down I had a martini plus it was on one of the specials guys the food was to die for it it was so good I try to not eat so much meat and just eat like cuz I'm a single mom on the go so I don't like to be too full because I'll get like the guys eat how you want to do what you want to live how you want to enjoy yourself on this weekend and go check them out guys they have some excellent food be blessed not stressed have a good weekend
I decided to take my kids to dinner for family time they chose longhorn since the one in Lindbergh n Cumberland are the worst two I have been to I said Let’s try this location when we walked in it was 4 r 5 ppl at the host area we was there about 2 minutes before we where ask how are we, should have left then we get to our table I asked for a booth but was told we couldn’t cause it was 5 of us cool no problem we order our drinks n appetizer n dinner two 6oz sirloin with red rock shrimp n three kids cheeseburgers she brings the kids meals out hand my daughter my youngest son plate instead of her bringing to him one of my sons burgers was suppose to be well done was pink in the middle n me n my daughter well done steaks where pink inside as well her service was like we didn’t suppose to be there I’m a 37 black lady with 4 kids that wanted to bring my kids out to there favorite place longhorn my daughter kept saying let’s go to camp creek will definitely be going there never a problem there. I was not happy with our service to the the point I ask for me n my daughter food that was getting fixed to b put Togo because at this point we was all ready to go. 91 dollar to come home n reheat our food no tip but she was very nice to other customers. Our family dinner was ruined
Great place. Our host was great. Server really good. The food was great as well.
