Great food
We ordered today for the first time. Unfortunately, this will probably be the only time.We spent $14+ per sandwich that was shockingly small for the price. On the sandwich was everything I had asked to be removed but I didn't get the add-ons/extras that I paid for.The sandwiches themselves weren't bad but they would have been more enjoyable if they were what we had ordered.At this point I'm so annoyed that I'm willing to take the loss and not order again.
I've eaten here several times and taken 2 friends. We all agree, it's a GREAT new option for sandwiches. The bread is my favorite...it's super soft and I just love the red pepper relish on the Italian.
Best place in Sandy Springs! Come here all the time (multiple times weekly) and have never had a bad experience. Everything is made fresh and tastes great. Lots of menu options too and everything is customizable. Naomi and Joe also make the experience so enjoyable!
This place blew me away! I was driving around looking for a good sandwich shop and Knuckies came into view. The staff were super friendly when I walked in, quick service, and PHENOMENAL food! I had the special which was a pork hoagie and it was the best I’ve ever had! No competition, they are in a totally different league than Jimmy Johns, Subway, or where ever you get your sandwiches. Definitely coming back and telling everyone I can in the meantime.
The owner, Todd, is a great guy and wants to make this business successful. I’m vegetarian so my sub options are limited. Knuckies Hoagies delivered the best tasting veggie sub I have had across all of the major players. Glad to have this business in Sandy Springs.
I tried Knuckies for the first time two weeks ago and the food was great!! I had the cheesesteak and it was amazing. Very delicious roll and the guy who took my order( believe his name was Eric was very friendly). I enjoyed it so much I took my family there the next day and everyone loved the food!! I have been back a couple times since my first trip and the food and service is always great!!!!!
Hoagie dough wasn’t fully baked, almost “raw”. French Dip arrived cold, with very little meat, and was poorly put together. I ordered chips that did not arrive. This post is less about food quality, because I will choose not order again, but more about a food safety issue. I attempted to call the restaurant a couple times but no one answered my call. Customer service or satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority.
Great hoagie, I would definitely eat here again. Bread was soft and fluffy (like Jersey Mike's) - not doughy as some other reviews have stated. I got mine on wheat and it very good bread.Their pepper relish was very good and there was plenty on the sandwich. Lots of meat and fresh veggies as well.Kind of exactly what I think of when I think of a 'hoagie'. I'd probably try a hot sub like a cheesesteak next time. But I'll definitely go back.
Ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks. They were cooked for apr 10 minutes, meat color was gray. He must have had the grill temp on 150 or so. Both sandwiches went in the trash. My son's mountain dew was mostly carbonated water, in the trash too. The bag of chips were good.
