Typically I order in East Cobb location but this time decided to use Sandy Springs. The pizza was overbaked and less tasty than what I'm used to.

This is the 2nd time in a row where horrible customer service was given.Placed a call in/carry out order 1 hour 36 minutes minutes before closing. I arrive 42 minutes before closing to pick up my order and the store was closed. 42 minutes BEFORE they are scheduled to closed. Lights out. Doors locked.If employees were ready to go, or was closing earlier than hours of operation indicates, someone could have simply mentioned that when I placed the order or even called back to inform me.Unacceptable.

I have only ordered the deep dish pizza, its def worth it. It's so filling, after two slices I'm full lol.
Trash customer service. Ordered a pizza here at 4:30 pm thru slice and it never arrived smh. Was told I'd have my order remade. That never happened. Had slice call them 3 times to have my order taken care of. They never did anything or even attempted to make it. I call around 8 just because I'm curious, and because they told me they were still trying to make the order! At 8pm! The manager says we just mark it delivered if we don't hear from slice or the customer..but they reached out multiple times. Omg, What was I thinking. I will never attempt to get pizza here ever in life. Hands down THE WORSE ordering experience I've ever encountered.
I can always eat Jets wings and deep dish pizza. The Greek salad is also delicious!Always fresh food. Text order is my favorite feature. Staff are always pleasant as well
